We’ve had the worst experience renting with them. We contact our realtor (Sheila Rosier) and she does not respond half of the time. She sends someone out and either they don’t show up or she has me contact them to handle it because she doesn’t want to handle it. We contacted her about the garage door because after the storm and power outage, the motor keeps running but it won’t lift up. We’ve reset it, but it won’t re-engage. We’ve texted her several times with no response. She is very unprofessional. We had rodents in the wall. I know realtors hate rentals but that isn’t our fault. She has been rude and annoyed since day one. We can’t wait to leave our unit and find a better place.

They are excellent. They are really nice. They are the number one selling company in West Virginia. They have excellent service and they sell all the kinds of marketing. They are very exposed to customers who are getting property. The customers see their name a lot.

We were moving to New York and needed to get our home in Morgantown on the market quickly. After searching online, I found the name of Christa Barvinchak with Howard Hanna. The information we found said she was good and took nice photos. So, we crossed our fingers and called her. She was at the house exactly when she said she would be. She took beautiful photos of the home and listed many photos on on various websites to advertise the home and get buyers and fellow agents interested. She held an open house and had a buyer quite quickly. There were some delays with the buyers lenders, but Christa kept us informed and would send us text messages to let us know the process, though slow, was continuing. She was VERY professional, VERY friendly, and VERY informative, and just all around a fantastic realtor. By the time the house sold, we felt like Christa was a dear friend we could count on. We have had experience with various realtors over the years, and Christa Barvenchak is by far the best. We would use her again, no question.
