Description of Work: It wasn't Hart Home Improvement directly; he referred me to his brother who is the "gutter guy" (and whose name I don't recall). He re-hung a gutter that had separated from its hangers, added additional hangers and reconnected a loose downspout. My low punctuality rating is because I had to contact him a second time after a few weeks to remind him to look at my gutter. However, when the service was performed, the work was excellent and was, in fact, more than I had asked for and at a lower-than-expected cost.

 + -1 moreOur experience with Hart Homes & Improvements was excellent! They were very professional and punctual. The quality of their work is wonderful and they were very diligent and careful to leave our yard tidy at the end of their work day. We highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreMy tenants said they had a leak. I contacted Tim Hart and he checked out the roof (pretty new roof but original contractor had gone out of business. Tim said that the leak was coming in around the chimney and it would be cheaper to remove it than to try to fix it. So he did just this. He installed a new electric water heater, replacing the old gas one which needed an outside vent. This alleviated the venting problem. So far so good.
Description of Work: Tim thought chimney removal rather than repair would be more effective. He removed the chimney, sealed the hole and installed a new hot water heater which did not need external venting.

 + -1 moreWe were having leaking from our roof. Came out and looked and was able to do some repair work (patching, sealing, nailing down ridge vent, ect.) to get us through the winter. Gave a really great estimate on a new roof come next Spring. Will definitely be calling him back to do the roof when it's time.
