Mows my lawn in a timely fashion. Does a good job of it. Last week a stone from the mower put a whole in my vinyl siding. I got a voicemail from him that day informing me of it, and offering to take care of the damage.

I called the company asking for as estimate to maintain my yard this summer. I was told they would come and look at the property and provide an estimate. Never heard from them again.

We prefer to work with small businesses like Graham and Terry's as opposed to larger impersonal companies. Terry does the landscaping side of the business and he's been great. He shows up when he says he will and he quotes his price and almost never asks for more than he's quoted when the job is finished, even if it took longer than he thought. He's always been fair in our opinion, and he and his staff are always professional. He always tries to get us the best quality shrubs, trees or flowers and has done an excellent job with planting them. We also use him for cleaning up the property in spring and fall (trimming shrubs and weeding, etc), and have never been disappointed with his work. I highly recommend this company for landscaping (I can't speak to the lawn care side because we've never used them for that).

Acceptable.

I have used Graham and Terry's lawn service ever since I came to Morgantown. They are always responsive if I have question about my lawn and/or landscape. They are very knowledgeable in how to deal with lawn issues. When I first started using their services my lawn looked like a dust bowl with weeds galore. Now, it is the best lawn in the neighborhood. I will continue to use their services.
