Scheduling was a problem because it is winter. I did not have to supervise the worker because he worked independently. He did the gutters on detached garage also.

The work looks very good. Windows as clean as the day they were installed.

Very well ... he did a great job...was conscientious about his work. Was dependable and I would hire him again.

STL did a wonderful job on my floors! They had done a great job on my windows previously and I was happy to hear they clean floors and other things too. I thought I was going to have to replace my carpet because the stains were so bad, but STL got the stains out and now my carpets look like new! They also cleaned my tile floors and grout which look great! Their price was very reasonable ( I checked prices of other places too) and they saved me a lot of money! I would definitely recommend them!! They are also very nice and professional.

It went extremely well. Todd called to let us know that he was on his way and showed up on time. His "Soft Wash" process for cleaning the exterior, which basically was the pressure washer not turned on full blast. was extremely effective. We have had other companies come out in the past that didn't yield as good as a result as Todd's method. We also asked him to clean up the garage door, an aluminum handrail and a mossy growth that had invaded our artificial turf covering on the rear patio. Todd was very accommodating. He also tidied up any ground muck/mess that resulted from the wash. Total time was approximately 2 hours.

I had this company come out because they have done great work for me in the past. They came to my home just to clean the gutters and wash the house. I asked them do they do driveways and they said yes. They just threw in the whitening of my gutters for free. I then asked them do they know a good carpet cleaning company and they informed me that they have top-of-the-line carpet cleaning equipment and could do that for me as well the next day. They did a wonderful job on my house and it looks new I couldn't believe how white my gutters came as well. They came back the next day and clean my carpets which are white and were getting very dirty in some areas and now they look brand-new. I have had them cleaned by several companies in the past and this is by far the best they have looked. Great job!

The services done were good. No complaints. However, Todd does not call to let you know when he is or is not coming until after you complain about it several times. He has no schedule for residential apparently, just the businesses he does. We waited I don't know how many times for a call and we finally had to call him. The straw that broke the camels back so to speak was when he had scheduled to do my sons home atleast 3 times and finally yesterday a beautiful day to do windows and gutters NEVER called them and NEVER showed up at 11:00. They were so disappointed and upset that he AGAIN let them down and for what reason we will never know. Perhaps he feels that little jobs are not important but he needs to rethink this as the little jobs can lead to bigger jobs. My son and I were already bragging to other people about his work but that has gone south now. Don't be fooled by fancy equipment and nice people, when a professional doesn't keep their word OVER and OVER again, something is wrong. Complete lack of respect for customers. I felt responsible for him not showing up at my sons house. I will be looking for another company to take care of my needs. One, two, three strikes you are out like they say. If I had paid in advance for my services when he soft scrubbed my home, my windows would probably still be dirty as he probably would not have shown back up yo my house either. Blame the rain on some things but can you blame the rain on courtesy phone calls???? Travel at your own risk. For us enough is enough. Thanks for listening.

He was helpful in scheduling to meet my needs. Very polite, used "booties" while in the house. Cleaned all glass doors including glass windows in the garage door in addition to all windows. Moved and then replaced furniture, curtains, blinds, etc. that was in the way. Strongly recommend Clear as Glass!

Two men drove up with lots of equipment on top and inside of a van with the name on it. Logos on the shirts and van. I immediately felt I was dealing with professionals which made me feel safe. They proceeded to tell me what order they would do things in. Then went strait to work after moving a few things that I asked them to, because I am 84 years old and would have trouble doing so. They did a great job on windows and cleaned my window trim in and out which I believe was not an extra charge. My ceiling fan and blinds I decided to have them dust which I initially said not to but I'm glad I changed my mind. I looked for spots on my windows after they left and found not one. I could not tell how clean my driveway and walkway were until after they left and my concrete became dry. They told me to call and they would return within 24 hours if I find any problems with their work. My concrete looks great! and my windows look wonderful!
