BIAFORE LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT

It was a mixed bag. The actual workers did a good job but dealing with the management was difficult.

Not that great. I worked originally with a guy named Matt. He came to my house and was going to fill in part of my landscaping. About half my house. We picked out landscaping and discussed what i wanted which was low maintenance shrubbery. I was told by Matt that if i put a down payment of 1/3 i would be held an early spot which i wanted. They were suppose to start around the end of April. Biafore's went silent and i tried contact them. I was told Matt was gone and i was dealing with Pat. He was hard to get a hold of and also was not very communicalble. I was concerned that he may not know what i discussed withMatt. he stated he had Matt's notes and that he was informed about what i wanted and what he was suppose to do. I never heard from Pat unless i contacted him and he had delays. When he finally came he took out all my landscaping, even ones i wanted to keep. They job was not done that well and doesn't look the best. They put in a lot of flowering plant. I am a single guy that wanted low maintenance shrubbery. What are they missing. Several of there plants are not looking that good even though i have been taking care of them and not over or under watering. I also requested putting down the tarp to prevent weeds. By the way that really works. They said they don't do that "playing the health of the plant card" They put down a product to deter weeds that works better. Guess what i have tons of weeds and i am spending lots of maintenance. My plants in another area that have a tarp are healthier than the ones Biafore;s put in and no weeds. They were very costly for what they do $4000.00 and sub standard work. They were suppose to spray for weeds along the left and right side of my property and didn't and they charged me for it to and no refund.

Their service was great. They've been here a few times. They're prompt in getting the work done and got it done when they said they would.

They did quite a good job. We were very pleased with the design, but we're not ready to spend $50,000 for the plan they drew up.

I highly recommend them, they do excellent work and I have never had any problems for them.
