Joe Moss' team provides estimates in advance, shows up promptly, is very clean and tidy, and is reasonably priced. We first used Joe Moss' Before You List, when a tree fell and destroyed the elevated wooden walk that allows my 97-year old Mom to cross her sunken back yard to the rear driveway without negotiating steps. They repaired and rebuilt the walk to better than original condition for a very reasonable $500. Based on that experience, we again called on Before You List to replace the roof, repair gutters, fix an upstairs bathroom water leak that was appearing downstairs, and clear the kitchen fan's vent. The team showed up promptly, despite very cold weather, and completed the work completely. We found no debris remaining after the roofing job. The plumbing leak was repaired without having to replace sheet rock. I'm dealing with Joe (Before You List, LLC) from over 2,500 miles away working on my Mother's home, so it is a pleasure to have such a trustworthy company with which to do business for most any category of home repair. I've been repairing my houses and rentals myself and hiring contractors for 34 years, so finding someone like Joe Moss that I trust really lowers my stress level.
