Best experience I have had with a contractor to date! Travis completed the project within the time frame we discussed, and he did an excellent job. I would definitely hire him again.

Called for estimate said it would be about a week till they could come out that was May 24. Called again June 11 to see if they were coming. No return call, no message. Nothing. I would leave 0 stars but it wouldn't let me. Contacted two Angi's list contractors and one not on their list. Received an estimate only from Hugharts who is not on their list.

Brian was easy to work with and schedule. He showed up on time and finished changing the hot water tank in about 2 hrs.

Brian the owner was quick to come and give me an estimate for a new AC and furnace the day I called. After getting a couple quotes from other businesses, his manner and forthrightness were what won me over. The work was done in 1 day and due to living in an older home there were some follow up issues that needed addressed. Brian was quick to respond to my e-mails and calls answering within the hour and the issues were resolved promptly. I'm so very thankful and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest worker.

I called Brian to schedule an annual inspection for the HVAC system that B&L installed last May. Similar to my experiences last year, he immediately answered the telephone when I called him. I told him that our AC appeared to be operating just fine but I just wanted to have it checked annually so it wasn't an emergency. He made the trip to my house the very next day... calling to verify his arrival ahead of time. Once again, B&L's customer service was top notch. Brian arrived on time and expeditiously checked the unit (which was in perfect running condition). He didn't charge anything for his time which is very unusual in today's business world. I would strongly recommend contacting B&L for your HVAC needs as their professionalism goes above and beyond.

Excellent furnace repair experience all the way around. B&L owner/serviceman was professional, knowledgeable, reasonable in price and prompt in service. I would absolutely call upon B&L again. My furnace quit and I immediately went to Angie's List.. We did basic troubleshooting before calling for repair by checking the vent, checking the fuse box, raising the thermostat up and down and observed no exhaust clogs and good electric supply but no furnace kick on. The electronic control brain for my Goodman furnace had died. B&L rep seemed to have an idea of the potential problems when I called and he quickly confirmed it could be repaired after checking the furnace. He was able to promptly estimate the cost, retrieve the part and install it. I greatly appreciated the honest assessment of my system and his ability to repair it so quickly!

I called Brian after another guy told me I needed a $600 part. Brian drove to my place twice in Fairmont and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem which to my relief turned out to be much less expensive. He's honest, an expert repairman, easy to work with, and fair in price. We are thankful to have found him and hope that he has time for us when we need him in the future!

Brian is very professional! He called back to set up our appointment very quickly on and on a weekend at that. He even was able to show up earlier than expected (he called first). He has experience and knowledge are outstanding. We were blessed to have him!

I would highly recommend Brian and would not hesitate to hire him again in the future. Our central air would not come on, and it was 97 degrees outside. I found B&L on Angie's list and called them around 2 PM. Brian answered and said he would be there by 5 PM. He arrived at 4:15 PM! He fixed the problem that same day without having to make a return appointment. His rate was reasonable. The AC unit is working fine now. I found him to be honest, experienced and knowledgeable. He could have taken advantage of our situation and padded the bill or performed unnecessary work, but he did not do that.

Brian Cutlip, the owner, responded quickly and came out the next day. He cleared the line but noted that the condensation drain had not been installed properly, as the drain line did not have an adequate downward angle to ensure proper drainage. He drained the line and returned the unit to functional status, and made arrangements to return in about a week to install a condensate pump and float switch. He would not accept payment until after all work was completed. He subsequently returned as promised (with two assistants), wired and installed the pump, and ran a section of PVC drain line down to ground level to properly drain the unit. He also recharged the refrigerant back to the proper level. He fully explained everything he did, and made several recommendations regarding unit maintenance. Brian and his crew were exceptionally professional, clean and courteous.

I wanted to replace my AC unit due to it requiring R22 freon which is being phased out so I decided to replace the gas furnace at the same time. I called four (4) different local contractors and received bids from three (3) of them. I don't know why the fourth didn't provide an estimate. Brian Cutlip proved to be the one contractor that was a great communicator, kept his appointment commitments, provided a timely bid (before leaving my house) and scheduled my appointment promptly. As anticipated, we spoke again the week before he came and he arrived on time the day he commenced work. The work was conducted in an efficient and timely manner (it only took a day and a half) and the employees (Rick & Travis) left the work area in a clean and tidy manner. Brian provided me two (2) options for an HVAC unit and I chose the Heil brand as that's what I had installed when we built the house and it's worked dependably and efficiently over the past 17 years. I don't write a lot of reviews but I believe it's worth the effort when one finds a good dependable contractor and Brian should be recognized for his efforts. I would recommend him in a heartbeat for your HVAC needs.

It went great. Brian and Co. gave me a very reasonable price and were there in a timely manner. They did the job and the AC works so well. I would recommend his company to anyone who needs AC work done. He has also worked on my furnace and showed up just when I needed him. He is reliable, dependable, affordable and trustworthy. We manage quite a few rental properties in the Morgantown area. We started using Brian when we were not getting a very good response rate from our previous HVAC company. Brian was prompt, extremely fair, and responsive. We have been very pleased with his services. Even when we had a large volume of heating calls during the winter, Brian was able to take care of every single one that we thew at him. When he was unable to fix a unit, he was able to bring a very well priced cost of replacement to us. The turn around time on replacing a unit was amazing too. I would say A++!

Bryan was very punctual, quickly fixed the problem and his prices cannot be beat. Very professional! We will definitely call him again in the future.

Brian was very quick to respond to my request for a bid. He showed up early, reviewed what we needed, made his recommendation, went out to his truck, worked up an estimate and before he left I had a cost for the job. He was very, very nice, professional and answered all my questions and I ask a lot of questions. We set up a date, he was here with his crew on time. They came with their own floor covering to assure no mess on the carpet and hardwood, cleaned every thing up when finished. I hope I don't need a new heating or cooling system for a good while, but will definitely use them when I do. I will use them for my annual service and have already recommended them to two friends who are starting to shop for a new system. Very glad my contractor recommended Brian to us.

B & L Heating and Cooling were wonderful. This is the 2nd furnace they've installed for us (one at a previous home) They came out the same day the furnace went out and then installed the next day. We were very pleased with how quick and efficient they work. (It was installed on a cold December day)

I had a non-working furnace and the original installer is unreliable. I called B&L and they came right out. Brian and Travis are courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. Great service at a fair price. Brian could have replaced expensive parts and I would not have known the difference but he only performed the service needed. I will definitely call them for my future service needs.
