 + -1 moreThe lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. I did not like the modular company they use because of the type of building specs they use - the building of the home is 20 on center and 16 on center is a better frame. I found them to bit a little more expansive. It also seemed a bit difficult to get accurate pricing when I changed things about the proposed home.

All the representatives have been courteous, kind, and genuinely caring regarding the needs of our mother who had recently undergone cancer treatments and suffered from a broken back, and continually suffers from poor health. Description of Work: When my husband's mother's declining health necessitated moving her into a smaller, more manageable home, we contacted Holly Glenn at American Homes to inquire about the purchase of a manufactured home at Canyon Village just outside of Morgantown, WV.
