Description of Work: I had one estimate performed and agreed to do the work but no one would ever respond to come out. I had to have a second estimate performed and could never get an actual estimate in writing just a verbal one. It's been two weeks and still no actual estimate. So, I wouldn't trust the performance of the work either.

Description of Work: I called after office hours and reported a problem with my AC. The next morning I received a response and an immediate appointment time. The service person arrived promptly and quickly spotted the problem which he solved within minutes. He was polite, charming and effiicient. I am very impressed with the way this company does business and I will definitely call them in the future.

Description of Work: My AC unit was malfunctioning, no cold air but still blowing. Turns out, one of my dogs had corroded thru the pipes of the unit while marking his territory. Advanced gave me a good estimate and installed the new unit in a timely manner. The installers moved the unit to an area out of reach of my dog, closer to the house. The areas in which they worked were left cleaner than when they started.
