We at Proclean Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning offer a variety of professional services. We offer Carpet Cleaning both residential and Commercial, Upholstery Cleaning, Carpet Stretching and repair, Ceramic tile cleaning and sealing.
I was actually looking on here for someone to build a dog kennel. I had already scheduled an appointment with Pro Clean for this past Saturday. I had used them before as well as my family using them for there homes and rentals. I figured since I had gotten a membership to find dependable work for the kennel I would write a review for the cleaning. I was really shocked to see the review that was on here. First of all, I cant imagine that it was said they were rude or whatever was said. I have had no problems with calling and scheduling appointments and I have not heard anything from my family about it either and trust me they would say it!!! We live in the country now and have a cat and two dogs who are all three inside and outside. We have a yard full of red clay mud that my husky loves to dig holes in! I was kind of worried about this cleaning because we had gone through a whole year without any cleaning as the husky just turned one and we had been waiting for spring. After potty training and a full winter of yuk being drug in I was hoping for a miracle! lol..The carpet turned out great!!! I thought for sure at the back door where they come in and out we would have a problem but nothing. It looks as good as the rest of the carpet.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning in our living room and two bedrooms.
My wife & I had decided to have our carpets professionaly cleaned. Some friends of ours gave us the phone number to Pro Clean because they had just recieved an estimate and was considering their company. My wife call on Monday October 25th, 2010, Jaime Druid, the owner, had answered the phone and told my wife that she was "out of the office at the time and would call back around 12:45pm or a little after. My wife never recieved a phone call back. Tuesday October 26th, my wife and I both called and did not recieve an answer. Wednesday October 27th and Thursday October 28th I had called and again, recieved no answer. Friday October 29th I decided to try once again, this time Jaime Druid answered and like my wife, I was told " she was out of the office and would return my phone call later that day or first thing Saturday morning" no phone call ever came. So I was understandably frustrated and annoyed with this company. I sent them an email stating my problem and concernes and expressing my opinion about how rude and unprofessional they are. Mind you we did not speak to just an employee, the owner Jaime Druid is the one that we spoke with and she is the one that was very very rude and unprofessional. After sending the email, first thing Monday morning (Nov. 1st) I finally recieved a phone call back, but it was not to apologize nor to settle the problem or my concernes. Jaime Druid informed me that she thought my wife and I both were "liers" and that her company will never do business with us. We're both perfectly fine with the no business part because by the time Monday rolled around we had already found a more professional company with better rates, but for her to call my wife and I "liars" is beyond rude. I have our phone records to prove that we called when we said we did, however to avoid having problems with her husband which is the other "owner" she decided to call customers names. By this point i was beyond mad, so Pro clean will be gettign reported to the BBB and Consumer Protection Agency. It is NOT ok for businesses to treat potential clients the way that my wife and I were treated. You better believe that I have been and will continue to spread my experience with this company around, you know they claim "word of mouth" is the best advertising, well it's also the best way to lose business! Our friends that had given us their phone number has decided to go with another company as well. Pleasure doing business with you Jaime Druid!

Dear current and future clients It has come to my recent attention of the extremely negative and hash review posted here on Angie’s List. We take such negative opinions from our clients very seriously, and we make every effort possible to solve all problems and concerns as they arise. Our goal has always been to provide the highest level of customer care possible to each and every one of our clients, and there lies the problem. (member name removed) was never our client. In fact, according to our digital phone records, he has never called our office. We did, however call (member name removed) after receiving an email that he had sent through our web site voicing his concerns. We listened to (member name removed) verbal assault and apologized for the confusion, explaining that we had no record of his call logged into our system. It was possible that he or his wife called another cleaning company by mistake - it happens. (Unfortunately we are not the only “Proclean” in the area, and mix-ups do happen from time to time.) We again apologized for the confusion and gladly offered to come out and give him a no obligation free estimate. He wouldn’t hear of it. He only wanted to vent his misplaced anger. We are a family company. We live here, dine here, and our daughter Miranda goes to school here. We would NEVER treat our neighbors and future clients in the way (member name removed) described. We are deeply saddened that he holds us in such little reguard, and we wish we could have had the chance to make things right with him – no matter who was at fault. Unfortunately we were never notified by Angie’s list of (member name removed) negative review of our company, and therefore we were unable to reach out to (member name removed) to further address his concerns.
