 + -1 moreBobby called to let us know when he would be arriving and arrived as he stated. He immediately started to diagnose the issue with our Maytag Neptune front loading washer. Luckily he was able to find a replacement part (water valve) and returned in short order to complete the repairs. He was a professional and would use this company again.

 + -1 moreAfter replacing all of the electronic components and panels, the range still did not work properly. More than one visit was made by the provider. The provider did not fix the range. The last calls I made to the provide were not returned or followed up on by the provider.

Description of Work: My new washer would not drain. Before he dismantled the washer to get at the pump, he checked the filter which was clogged with a Color Catcher sheet. I did not know I could not use them with this washed. You think Whirlpool might have included this imformation in the owner's manual. He quickly removed the front panel and removed the sheet. Now I use a laundry bag when I need to use a Color Catcher..

 + -1 moreHe determined that the stove was functional. The fuse box needs to be replaced since the large long fuse became very hot when the stove was turned on. To avoid fire, he disengaged the fuse that controls the electricity to the stove. We will check with an electrician to correct the household electrical problem. The serviceman was very courteous, prompt, & thorough in his assessment of the problem..
Description of Work: He checked the electrical fuse box, the conductivity of the fuses, the electrical outlet, & the stove to see where the problem was since the stove would work for a day or 2 even after I replaced the long fuses----then the heating elements would not work.
