I chose Platinum Framing & Roofing, LLC to replace my leaking roof and I believe I made an excellent decision. The owner, A Maines, quoted a reasonable price for a lot of work. I was impressed with his obvious expertise and he answered each question in detail and with patience. His crew worked diligently and obviously took pride in a job well done. They were courteous and thorough. The color I chose was readily available and looks beautiful. Every line is straight and the added cricket, which I requested, will end the years long leaking around the chimney. I was kept updated on the job as it progressed over the day and a half it required. Mr. Maines and his crew thoroughly cleaned up everything before they left. From getting the permit to cleanup everything was done very well. I recommend this company.

They came and gave me an estimate promptly. I was needing a new roof asap for my father who's suffering from dementia. I told them what I needed and there wasn't any high pressure sales. Got several quotes and they were within $100 of being the best but the BBB factored into my decision. I was having to go out of town to handle some business and they worked with me to get the roof replaced. Highly recommed them.

It went amazingly smooth. They were very punctual, and completed the job in a timely manner. The cleanup they did after job was complete was stellar!

I called them on Monday April 1, They said they would be here on Tuesday April 2, they did not show up or called and I called them Tuesday evening, left a Voicemail, and never heard from them since then. Don't want them to call me back don't bother asking them to call me back, I am not interested with their service at all.
