We first contacted him in the middle of November and he came right out and looked around to see what we wanted. He even told us he could beat the price we were quoted to pour the concrete. He then told us he would have a quote within the next 2 weeks. We called him right after Christmas since we had not heard back from him and he said he just about had our quote ready and would be back out within the next few days. We called him again the first of February since he never showed up and he promised he would be out by the end of the next week. He still has not shown up nor called us. I would think that common curtesy, if not professionalism, would dictate a call to say he wasn't going to make the follow up.
