They were very professional and completed the job very quickly.

Called Ashworth at 8:30 am Saturday morning. Air conditioner had stopped working the night before. The fellow that answered the phone was friendly, indicated they were very busy, but that they would get to my house after noon. The service tech, Brandon, called me about 3:00 pm and explained that he was running late but I was still on his schedule. When Brandon showed up he was friendly, apologetic for taking so long to show up, and knowledgeable. It took him about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and another 30 to fix it. He had the necessary parts in his truck. Show-up fee (on a Saturday) was $89 for "diagnostics." Parts and labor for the repair was $111. VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE.

I have used them several times. It was less than a $100.00 for this visit. I do not have a reference to compare them to. It is hard to judge price, as they do not know what they have to do until they get here and get into it. It seems like your ac breaks down on the hottest days. It depends on their workload as to time the can get to us. They usually let us know within and hour or two of time frame and then call about thirty minutes prior to arriving. They are then on time. I am very happy with them.

A professional and smooth experience from the initial call to the completed work. We called early in the morning and the serviceman was here that afternoon within the promised time frame. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He installed a new capacitor, checked the charge and other points of inspection. He then waited to be assured that the unit was performing properly. The bill was a little over $300; we were pleased with the price and the work. The unit is performing better than before the capacitor died. We will definitely call Ashworth when we need service again.

The company ensured the installation was properly performed and the new heat pump was level. Due to the previous lack of workmanship and maintenance from another company, our former heat pump started leaking.

Everything went very well. Technicians arrived on time with all necessary parts and equipment. It took about six hours to remove the old unit and install new unit, they worked non-stop - and it was 25 degrees outside! Technicians were very friendly and professional / knowledgable. They made sure everything worked properly after installation and made sure I was comfortable with operating the unit.

First of all the owner of Ashworth Heating and Cooling, Kevin Ashworth, showed up within an hour after I called him for a quote. He had the quote to me an hour later. I waited for days for other companies to show up and still didn't receive a good quote from several of them. Kevin's quote was complete and offered several practical options with pricing for each. The installers, Gary and John, worked hard and were eager to please us with their work. They had to remove the old equipment, install and wire the new equipment, install additional ductwork, and insulate existing supply ductwork. I am very happy with their work and the new system. Kevin and his brother showed up to do the final inspection on the system and to ensure it was functioning correctly. This is the second system Ashworth has installed for us and I have been very satisfied with both installations and would highly recommend them.

It could not have gone better! This is a very good and honest business, something that sometimes seems rare these days. I was so impressed I signed up with the company for regular maintenance! All of the technicians were extremely professional and knowledgeable (Chris, Mark, Brandon and especially Steve!) and the front office very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company!

Joe diagnosed and fixed issues another company claimed they fixed and bailed on. He explained what was wrong and showed what was working and what wasn't. He even stopped mid-repair to show me what the other company had done wrong when they "fixed it" earlier this year. Everything is working as it should, A+ to Joe and Ashworth.

Unit was checked by Steve. He found what is causing the leak and also added coolant. Steve was knowledgeable, courteous and worked with us on our options.

I was awaken this past Sunday morning by the sound of a broken fan destroying my Compressor unit. A blade had broken off and the remaining blades were spinning off balance, tearing out the core and other parts of the Compressor unit. I knew I had a serious problem. I had been less than satisfied with the folks who installed the system when my house was built, and was not sure who to call to get the current problem solved. I had great concerns about locating a reputable contractor to do the repairs having read in the papers and seen on TV news many reports about senior citizens (I'm 73) getting ripped off by disreputable contractor, so I turned to Angie's List. I picked two contractors, both with good evaluations and on Monday called them for an evaluation and estimate. I reviewed both assessments and estimates and decided to go with Ashworth Heating & Cooling. I received an estimate to repair the Compressor or replace the entire system. Since the repair cast would be expensive, and I would still have a 14 year old system I decided to replace the entire system. I was told they would be out to install the system the following day. Sure enough Tuesday morning at 8:30AM, the Ashworth crew arrived to do the install. They worked diligently and by early afternoon had completed the job and were showing me how to operate the new thermostat. I was very impressed ! So to all the folks at Ashworth Heating & Cooling, Scott, Michelle,Tyler, Jerry and his install crew, thanks for all your hard work and thanks for also providing my wife and I a great system and a great deal of peace of mind.

Good, but they left a mess. I had to pick up packing material from the ground.

The technician arrived promptly and as scheduled. His quote was professionally prepared and included literature about the proposed equipment. I selected another vendor who offered a better price and a fuller explanation of what would be done with the replacement, but wanted to rate Ashworth for their effort. I would consider them again if the need arises (but at my age, that's not likely!)

Dustin was very professional. He was punctual and took only a short time to replace the hard start kit and get the ac up and running again. He also signed me up for the twice yearly maintenance.

They are excellent. If there is a problem, they would come back and completely fix it. They are courteous and meet every needs. They came in within 3 to 4 days. The technician who came over made sure that everything is done right.

Work was satisfactory and completed in two days.
