Monday morning 9/8/2014 -11 a.m. I noticed my tire was going flat on my new vehicle, so I took it to the gas station to fill it with air. Upon filling the tire with air the (stem) sensor broke completely off. Once this happened I knew from this happening to my other vehicle (Nissan Murano) that the sensor would be around $220 for service and part. So, I had my cousin follow me to WARM SPRINGS AUTOMOTIVE in Martinsburg, WV to possibly leave my truck for them to fix it. Well when we both arrived and walked in; JUSTIN the attendant was helping another customer. Ironically as I am walking in I saw JUSTIN's face when he saw us getting out of our vehicles he sighed; now, I did not want to read into this so I ignored it ( against my better judgement). The entire time we were standing there patiently it was 15 minutes the attendant(JUSTIN) said nothing to my cousin or myself as he talked to the customer ... and that was fine he was first. Then 12 minutes into this JUSTIN went to the back to ask the mechanic a question at that time they stepped into the office. Standing in the office in front of the other customer, my cousin and myself Justin an the other mechanic started to talk to each other about a hobby vehicle they had just purchased ( after they had finished with the customer)... oh by the way the customers date is the12th ...lol . Not one time did they say mam I will be with you or one moment -NOTHING. At that point I said to my cousin "come on let's go". While outside I said to her they do not want "our business I am leaving" ... read between the lines if you will. While I was getting into my truck my cousin stayed behind and over heard them talking B.S. about me and she said to JUSTIN why were you so rude to us? You do not want our business ? ... JUSTIN said "NO" we have four other locations and we do not need ya'll business then walked away and threw his hands up. So, my cousin called him back and said I am not finished then JUSTIN said: "we were not his customers and he had a customer that was spending $900 and he was more important than us and he was not going to stop talking to him just to talk to us - he also said "WE" do not need "your " business and for us not to come back. In his words (verbatim) ! I thought WOW this is still going on in 2014 so I went to another shop and they were happy to see us walk in with money, I will do a review on those guys when I pick up my truck. But when you are running a business money is GREEN"Not one time did I antagonize this guy, I said nothing to him. I know what is going on in the world I understand people will judge you on your visual difference. I had done nothing wrong to deserve this type of treatment. Clearly JUSTIN did not want "us" (((read between the lines))) in the shop.
Description of Work: The attendant (JUSTIN) behind the counter said "he does not need our business they have 4 locations and for "ya'll" not to come back!
