All went as planned once the new faucet was delivered and installed. V.E. Mauck has been in business here in Martinsburg for almost 75 years and they have always performed as a home town provider. Although I am sure I could have had this service completed at a less price I always try and use the local businesses unless there are none in the area to do what I require done. There is no doubt I will always use their service in the future!!!!

Service person had to return and still did unsatisfactory work. When I called to complain they made no effort to fix the problem. I would never do business with them again.

The plumber was prompt, friendly and did everything in a neat and orderly fashion. He finished the job quickly. He made sure he cleaned up any mess that was made. He was very neat so the mess was minimal. I would use him again and recommend him to others.

I should have known this company was bad from the initial phone call. A new customer calling, immediately placed on hold, for 5 minutes should have been a an alarm. i was contacting them about a leak in either a drain or pipe. i was told it would be 2 days for an appointment. Once the appointment was scheduled, they never even called. Subsequently, I have called their direct competitor and they have been awarded the job. I hope this company chokes on the loss of a $3,000 job.

They were very helpful.

They tested our wells to find out what kind of water we were pumping, we were pumping way too much iron so they put in a filtration system to take away the extra iron. It's worked just great.

I took a day off work because they were coming in the afternoon. They NEVER SHOWED UP! I let them rescedule and I took another day off work and they canceled a Saturday saying they could not install my sink on Monday because it has a reverse osmosis system and they didnt want to drill the hole for the little faucet on the sinks base which every other plumber I have called since has no problem with. At their request I had even purchased the drill bit! They are totally unprofessional and cost me money with two days off work. Update... the very next work day RT Plumbing came and installed the sink and faucet and the Reverse Osmosis System was NO problem for them whatsoever. I completely recommend RT Plumbing. The person that came was the owner, he is local so he knows the water quality in our town. We thought he was great. Our son uses his services also because he moved to our area.

They are the first ones that I call. They get the job done. You get what you pay for. They will come out and fix it again if it is wrong.

They do a great job. I have used them all my life. I would highly recommend them.
