they showed up when there were asked to at the time we agreed with no problemsand was very kind and very helpfull

Started smooth driver was very good to work with, Unfortunately we ran out of concrete by about 3-4 wheel barrow loads and had to order a full yard and pay a delivery fee, Now I have worked driving concrete trucks and people do make mistakes on the yardage needed for the job. But Both the mason in charge who dug the footers by hand in very hard ground and under a mobile Home and I went around putting in rebar every 3 feet 8 inches high then went back and double checked all the measurements to make sure they were right, We came up with 5 yards ( T.B.H.) also came up with 4.99 after the shortage came to light, They first said they would drop the delivery fee of 63$ then did not. All the dealing with the Co. to this point was by my mason and I listened in on speaker phone. When he got the run around, different story every time I got involved and called the local office where we had ordered from and was blown off, I then called the head office where after about 15 minutes of explaining the problems was told he would call me back, He did return my call and did refund the 63$ delivery fee.While I know we were shorted there is know way to prove it so getting at least the shortage fee back felt like a small win.
