They started sending me bills long before they were due and they upped the price by $100. The last 4 years their business practices were shoddy. I would not recommend them to anybody.

They are a rip off. They give you no warning when they're coming out. You can't change the appointment. The guy that comes is great, but the company isn't good. I'm trying to find another company. If you call them for something, nobody ever shows up. I reported termites one year and nobody ever showed up.

We have been using their services since the 1980’s. They either call or email to schedule each quarterly treatment. They always do great work for us.

I have been using their services since 1995 when I moved into the house. I did have them perform termite inspections in the past, but I cancelled that service due to the high cost. They come out the same day every month for the pest control service. Their service has been all-right.

I have only their services time three or four years ago. They did a good job. The problem was taken care of and their treatment was effective. The only thing is that they were a little expensive.

We have used their services for over ten years. We pay an annual rate in advance for the services. They come routinely without having to scheduling appointments each month and leave a note on the door confirming the service has been completed. They have been good and the treatments have been effective.

I used them for about fifteen years. I initially started using their services for interior pest services. They then started treating for termites as well. However, I had termites five different times while they were treating for them. I cancelled their services three months ago and have started up with another company.

We started using their services about ten years ago while living in Florida and continued using them once we moved to West Virginia. They have been fine and the treatment effective.

I have been using their services for several years. I was using another company who provided terrible service so I switched to Terminix. They originally sprayed for pest control treatments. I paid so much each year for the treatments. After a while, they don’t really do anything but inspect. I am not real happy with a lot of things that go on in the office. When you call and report something, they don’t always show up. They will make the appointment when it is not convenient. Once I tried to change my appointment, and they seemed to not want to change it and when they called to confirm, it was still for the original appointment time. One time I saw bugs, I called them and they did not come out. When the technician came out at the scheduled appointment, he sprayed that area and said not to worry about it and that the bugs should already be dead. I have never had any problems with the technician who comes out. He has been helpful and polite. I haven’t been pleased with any of them but for the technician. I would hire another company for the work, but I have already invested in the startup services with Terminix.

I’ve used their services for years now. I have never had any problems with their service or technicians. They are top notch! I have gotten great service from them.

We initially contacted them forty years ago when we had termites. They completed all of the treatment and repair work. We did have one swarm since that treatment and they took care of it. They call each year to set up a time for the inspection. I do think that their cost is a little high for the service when it is only for an inspection and no treatment are needed. However, if any termites do appear, the cost covers all of the repair work and treatment.

Called company due to 10% discount offer through my employer. Metioned that at time of estimate and was told he could beat the 10% and only charge $300. When technician arrived days later, he knew nothing of the $300 price and charged me full price (no 10% discount). I called home-office (Wheeling, WV) and they had no record of any service at my address (yet credit card showed charge of $371). I had to call my credit card and dispute charge. Explained to credit card company that I was supposed to get 10% discount. Discover Card honored the discount. I don't know whether they recovered the money from Terminix.

Their customer service is lacking but they did get rid of the bugs for now. However, they are supposed to schedule and call to confirm their appointment 2 days before, but they do not do that. There was one occasion that they wanted to come, but I couldn't’t do that date. I had never called back to reschedule. So, as I was in the shower today, I heard pounding on the door and it was them. They had already taken it upon themselves to come out and spray the outside of the house without telling me. Their customer service, again is lacking. When you try to get a hold of someone locally, you have to go through the corporate headquarters to get someone on the phone, even though there is an office a half a mile from my home. Overall, once my contract is up, I plan on using someone else.

They had to come multiple times. Overall they did an okay service.
