+ -1 moreDave arrived earlier than expected. Took care of my problem within 15 minutes. I've used Dave several times, and would definitely recommend him. He's always prompt, and his prices are very reasonable.
Description of Work: The drain in my air handler was clogged.

+ -1 moreThough Dave's follow-through and customer service were excellent, he did miss the mark on diagnosing the problem that the compressor was going bad. The unit failed again after one week on another mid-90's day. The second technician we called replaced the very same wire but informed my wife that the compressor was failing and a new condensing unit would be needed. This individuals repair costs were higher than Sensible but he did correctly diagnose the core issue of a failing compressor. Over all, I thought Dave of Sensible Heating and Cooling provided a quality service. I would recommend him even though he did miss the diagnoses because we was timely, priced fairly, and we believe him to be an honest and conscientious businessman.
Description of Work: We lost our AC before the big storm of Friday, June 29th, Dave came out on Saturday, tried to diagnose the problem as the capacitor, replaced it and said "It'll be $50. If it works when your power is back on, otherwise we'll start from scratch. It was not the problem, but he returned a second time and got the unit going. The compressor was going bad and drawing too many amps and burning out the power wire. He was persistent in resolving our issue and called after the service date to double check if the unit was functioning correctly.
