They came same day and the guy was responsive, explained how he was going to treat the area, I called back to ask questions about the product they use and safety of pets/people. He explained how it works. We chose to not treat inside this time due to some upcoming work. . He said if bees return they will come back to let them know and that when ready theyâ ll return to address the interior. They will also come to address any other issues we have. I had a problem with ants and carpenter ants but not anymore. They come out quarterly. The techs are super nice and informative. I receive a text the week before and I can actually text back to reschedule!! It⠠s not just a ⠠press 1 to confirm⠠type message. I love this. ⠤︠They not only treat around the exterior and interior, they use a de-webbing tool and clear any bugs, spiders and webs from hard to reach places like above my garage door where the light attracts bugs at night.

Both Candler and Robert were very informative. They both walked me through the process and the 90 day garentee. Chandler is a very competent and respectful young man. He took the time to go over what he had done, and what to expect in the next couple of days. I will recommend the company with out hesitation.

Frank was the inspector who came out very promptly. He was extremely professional courteous and thorough. He explained plan and options very clearly.. The short version: Petti Pest Control is WORTH it. Best pest control service out here. The long, detailed version: Petti Pest Control is a locally-owned business that is expanding, and I can see why! For roughly the same amount you'd pay for one of the national pest service companies, you will get personalized service, friendly attention, and you won't be just a number. We had wasps behind our siding. A BIG nest. Luckily, they hadnt chewed through the drywall yet. Our tech took care of that nest, and we haven't seen any activity since. They guarantee their service for a month, so even if the wasps weren't eradicated, we could call back and have another treatment. From the customer service rep who answered the phone to the techs who performed our service, we received personalized attention from a company that knows about our specific regional pest concerns as well as how the pests are acting in our area this season. We also had lovely conversations with everyone involved. Everyone was professional AND kind and friendly. They worked with our weird scheduling concerns. They explained every step of the process. They assured us that the treatment wouldn't harm our beloved doggy. They explained that we should leave the house from another door for the first few days after the treatment, since the wasps would be pretty angry. They answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. Petti is the best pest control service, and I highly recommend them.

I called in the morning about a terrible bee issue that I had and this wonderful company - Petiit Pest Control came out and gave me a free estimate within the hour and by noon the issue was resolved !! Wonderful service

I had baby ants crawling all over my kitchen counters and floors. If one crumb was left anywhere on the counter, a couple of ants would always show up. After Petti came and treated all areas, I haven't seen one ant in my kitchen. They also found a bunch of ants around the outside areas all around the front and back of my house. Very polite guys to work with!

Wonderful company. My tech Tyler showed up on time, was very professional. Even shook my hand when introducing himself. Took the time to walk around the home with me and explain what he would do and took special care to make sure my 3 dogs were safe. I highly recommend Tyler and this company.

Iâ ve been using Petti Pest since I moved into my home a year or so ago. When I moved in, I had a good amount of spiders and a couple wasp nests. After the guys came in and treated the house, there wasnâ t a creepy crawly to be found. Fast forward a yearâ ¦.Alex was sent here to take care of a fledgling flea problem on my rear deck. We were having some yard work done and I think it stirred things up a bit. Alex was very professional and very thorough about eradicating this problem. Thank goodness the fleaâ s didnâ t get inside the house. I would highly recommend this company for any pest problems.
