The electrician replaced a chandelier in our two story foyer on a 20 foot ceiling. He completed the work super fast and it looks great. He then went to the basement to figure out what was wrong with a string of outlets that weren't working. After a few minutes, he came back upstairs to let me know what he found and how it could be fixed. After receiving permission to continue, he fixed the issue quickly. He then suggested a solution to a GFI outlet problem that I had in my garage. He installed a new outlet with no trouble. He was a great electrician. He explained the whole process, checked in with me on the things he needed to, and worked quickly and cleanly on all of the projects. I would absolutely use this Mr. Electrical electrician services again. The price is right and the work is great!!! Thank you for making these overwhelming projects go so smoothly!!!

Mark was very quick to answer and fast to come out for an estimate. He said the job would take 2-3 hours and it took 2. He stayed with what he quoted us and honored the Angie's List coupon. He was punctual and cleaned up after himself. He was quick and efficient. We WILL be using Mark again for other remodeling electric work in the near future. Amazing and honest electrician.

Mark was prompt in his reply to our request for an estimate as well as when he came to install the electrical services. His estimate was extremely reasonable and he held to it. He had to do some angular drilling to get from within the home through to the peak of the vaulted ceiling and he consistently measured and double checked his plan, which ended spot on. Mr. Rodgers is very tidy and cleans up after himself and is very conscious of the household surroundings where he is working. He is a very professional electrician and is extremely cordial. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking an electrician, in fact we are already planning to have return and put a fan/light in our cathedral foyer. "Job Well Done"

THE BEST! I can't say enough good things about Mark & Aaron. I needed several electrical items completed before my husband came home from a trip...surprise! Mark gave me an estimate on Monday and was able to put the job on his schedule the next day! They were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and handled several hiccups with humor. Mark was willing to explain everything they were doing and why they were doing it. How refreshing!! I consider them our go-to-team for everything electrical. We highly recommend Mr. Electrical Services!

In three or four days, he was able to finish everything, that another contractor said would take several months. He is a master electrician, so you have to pay a little more, but it is worth it. He came when he said he would, and stayed to work a full day. We were so fortunate to find him.

They were punctual, very professional and friendly. The light fixtures went up perfectly. They did not rush through the job and put the fixtures up with care and attention to detail and made sure I was satisfied with the work. I will recommend them to family, friends and neighbors and plan on calling again for some other work to be done in the spring! If there was a way to give them an A+ I would have!

They came the same day I called for no extra cost. The price was very reasonable and the installers were friendly and knowledgable. I would absolutely use them again.

Mark is a very good guy to work with. He is professional and reliable. I stumbled upon him through Angie's List. We did our three estimates. Mark was friendly and reasonable so he got the job. Since then, I have used him two more times. It is nice to know that I don't have to search for someone to do the electrical work. I go right to him every time. We have one more job after this one for him to do. The good part is--no more searching. I already know--Mark will be doing the work. He is a very good electrician and a great person. He is someone that will do a very good job every time. I highly recommend him.

Great. Very easy to discuss ideas and needs with Mark and he is very patient explaining things and balancing his recommendations with our ideas. Knows electrical code well. Does work well, quickly, safely. A highly positive experience. He came out soon after I made first call to him and got estimate to me within a couple days. Took a few weeks after that before he got back to us (very busy time of year) but then we set a date for the following week and he was there on time and returned to finish up at the appointed date and kept for the most part to the estimate and we had made a couple minor changes in the interim.

Mark showed up promptly for giving an estimate and also the repair date. I had myriad problems with the electrical system, including outdoor motion detector lights, garage door opener, some outlets, and a ceiling fan/light not working. He fixed everything, is very pleasant and professional, and I will definitely use him again when I have an electrical issue. Also, his charge for the work performed was very reasonable!

It went great. I would recommend Mark to anyone who needs electrical work and will call him again. He tackled a ceiling fan install on the first floor and did a terrific job. Cleaned up after himself. Installed fans in the kids rooms too, they are thrilled.

He was very personable and friendly, and professional. I was going to have three electricians over to give me quotes. Mark was the first one. I liked him right away. He was confident, and good at communicating exactly what he was going to do. His price was very reasonable. After having him over, I decided not to have over the other two electrical contractors. He arrived exactly when he stated he would. He started a job, and I interrupted him and asked him to change out the way he was doing it. He said no problem, we discussed the price, he did the modification with no complaints. He was hired to install two outlets. He ended up doing 4. We were so happy, we had him come back another night for a few other items we always wanted done. My wife liked the fact that he was very receptive to her suggestions during the job. He is a highly recommended professional electrician.

It was absolutely painless. Mark checked the switches, saw they were bad, went out to his truck to get replacements and installed them. Both new switches worked perfectly and the job took about 15 minutes. A small job but very important to me.

I just moved to a new house. Before purchasing it Mark did a through inspection of all the wiring in the house with me to make sure it was safe. He checked every outlet, noted all of the items that need attention and explained very clearly what he would need to do. After settling on the house I made an appointment with Mark to come and do the work we had discussed about a month before. He remembered my house and all of the details we had discussed and came prepared to make the needed repairs/updates. I like that he is willing to explain what he's doing and how things work. He has a very positive outlook, is a pleasure to have around and is an honest hardworking guy. He will be my go to for all of my electrical needs and I would highly recommend him.

My first impression of Mark from Mr. Electrical was amazing customer service. We had been plagued with an electrical issue in our bathrooms for a while that also included our outdoor outlets. I called Mr. Electrical one evening after hours. He returned my call the next day even though he was away on a family vacation. We scheduled an appointment for the day after he returned. He was very nice and social when he arrived. I showed him the problem and he explained everything thing that he was doing. After checking the breaker box he immediately noticed an issue with how the outlets were wired. His estimate was extremely reasonable (I actually was surprised at how reasonable it was). He rewired the GFI and the breaker box very quickly which fixed the outdoor outlets. He even helped move a wall switch so that we could put a wall plate on it which wasn't something we planned on. I cannot say enough good things about Mark and his company. We have had a few electrical contractors over the years and Mark was far above the rest. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family. We will be calling him for all our future electrical needs.

Mark Rodgers, the owner/electrician, was very professional. He determined that extending power from a nearby wall outlet would require too much time and effort and that creating a new circuit directly from the circuit box to the gas fireplace would be the simplest and most cost effective solution. He installed the circuit breaker, about 50 feet of electrical cable and the outlet in only about 40 minutes. His estimate of the work, $75, included all labor and materials. He then removed and replaced a 10 year old smoke detector with a new one I supplied. Finally, he removed and replaced the dining room chandelier with one my wife had purchased. He was at the house for just over one hour. In discussions with Mark, he stated that he is only currently licensed to work in West Virginia.
