I'm in love with my roof

From the beginning Shawn & Larry were professional, courteous and personable. Materials were delivered earlier than expected after signing, which was a pleasant surprise. A series of storms came thru our valley so work was delayed--not their fault. We had to go out of town for a few days and when we came home we had a new roof! Awesome! They had cleaned up so well, it was a day or two before we noticed. We are very happy with our new roof -- Thanks Modern Renovations!

I reviewed their good feedback on this site 1st. Pleasant encounter with people giving estimate. Work slightly delayed due to extremely rainy weather...not installers fault. Workers were fast. Cleaned up the area well. Finished on a Fri. I was called 4 pm on Saturday to go to pay final bill. She was somewhat abrupt when I told her I would be in Monday. I didn't want to give info re payment over the phone. In conclusion I'm highly satisfied and would recommend them.

Shawn Wolford and Larry DeMarco came out promptly, looked the job over and spoke at length with me answering all of my questions. I hired them at a very fair price to replace my home's high-pitched roof and my garage roof. Their crew worked swiftly, with skill using high quality materials! No worries. Extremely pleased. Would definitely hire them again.

These guys are very professional! I received a quote that includes monthly financing information. I will likely hire them for my roofing needs. **UPDATE** My roof was installed in one day, it looks great. I would hire them again!

Nobody ever showed up to do the work after I okayed them to start the job two months ago. They were more interested in replacing my entire roof. Good sales people, nicely dressed, but over-priced. Is there anybody else out there?

We had lost shingles in three small areas of our roof. Roofers showed up on day scheduled and completed the work within an hour.

The owners are very professional and nice to work with. The workers are courteous and friendly. They do good work. My suggestion is do not have the shingles installed until the temperatures are warm otherwise the shingles do not lay flat and does not look good. They should lay down when it gets warm.

Top notch customer service from start to finish. They were very quick to come look at my roof, offered a fair price that both sides were happy with, and completed the work in a very timely manor. Nothing could have been better, from my first phone call to the job being completed. I look forward to working with them again!

THEY DID A TOP NOTCH JOB, THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON KEEPING THE AREA CLEAN OF ALL DEBRIS. THEY REMOVED MY OLD ROOF AND REPLACED IT ALL IN ONE DAY. DID A GREAT JOB!!!!

An excellent team from start to finish. Well informed reps that were passionate about the quality of work and product being provided. The work crew was efficient and took time to patrol the grounds for trash and nails. Will definitely be using these guys for other upcoming projects.

Shawn and Larry clearly know their business. Over the phone they were able to diagnose the nature of our roof “crisis” and responded immediately! Even more importantly, they fixed it with a highly competent crew! They understood our concerns, provided many solutions and completed the job in a timely manner. Great guys very professional.

The workers were polite, friendly, and certainly knew how to lay a roof in a short time. They didn't know much about solar panels, though, which was an item discussed during the first meeting with company representatives. But overall, the project worked out well, and the roof should last us for many decades.

Work was done in a timely manner. Guys who did the roof did an excellent job. Everything was cleaned up extremely well. Modern Renovations chose the color of the roof and they did an excellent job matching it to the neighborhood roofs. I would highly recommend this company.
