Professional, efficient, and overall great job from estimate to final clean-up. Completed the entire job in one day. The guys who actually installed the roof were great, and some of the hardest working professionals I have ever dealt with on our home.

The company was very professional and accomodating of my schedule for a rushed situation.

We had no problem with the workers it was the office staff what was to be a 1 to 2 day job as quoted took 3 weeks Have more then half down to start took a week to come put roof was told be back next day for gutters and rest of job took 2 more weeks office person said had to order gutters everything should have been ordered that day I signed a contract if I had been told it would be 3 weeks in beginning o would have not gone with them we did talk to owner that his staff needs to improve and get on the same page until then not reliable and trustworthy.

Not entirely happy. My contract was for shingles and I must say the roof looks great. I was hoping to give this company all five stars but I can't. I had three issues during the shingle replacement; my gutter guard was completely removed on one side of the house, the trailer with the old roofing debris was left parked in my driveway for two days and I could not communicate with the workers due to minimal knowledge of the English language. I contacted Modern Renovations on Monday before noon to inform them the work was completed on Saturday but the trailer was still in my driveway, my gutter guard had been removed without my approval, I could not communicate with the workers due to the language barrier. I did not even mention that some of my flowers and plants on my deck were damaged. The office assistant informed me she would try to get some answers concerning the trailer and gutter guard. I received a call about thirty minutes later and was informed the trailer had a flat tire and that was why it was still there and the gutter guard would be fixed. I checked the trailer and there was no flat tire. Someone lied to her. The workers arrived around 2:00 p.m. on Monday and had to go through the debris on the trailer to locate all the pieces of my gutter guard. Most of the pieces were under the old roofing debris and were bent due to all the weight. The workers attempted to get all the kinks out and then they reinstalled them. What has happened to customer service? The company should have offered to replace the damaged gutter guards. Was thinking of using this company to replace my gutters but I will go with someone else.

This is a great local company From the very start, the customer service team were always courteous and returned calls quickly. Everything went very smooth. Once we decided on a date for the roof installation all of the supplies and work was done quickly. They cleaned up the entire yard all around so nothing was left behind, very thorough clean up, and it was all done in a day. Great local company! The salesman didn't try to rip us off with using a standard price for insurance. He worked up a quote without knowing what my insurance had given us and as he put it "I don't want you to think we are trying to take advantage of you" We had talked with a few other companies and the first thing they asked was how much we got for our insurance claim. Once the date was set for the roof the supplies and work was done quickly. Our entire yard all around was covered in tarps so nothing was left in the yard. They did a very thorough clean up, and were done in a day. The new roof looks great! Also the customer service were always courteous and returned calls quickly. When I initially talked to them they said they could ALSO do a couple of small things like replace a board on my deck. They said they would do it but did not quote a price or do any follow up to this request. Ultimately, they did not fulfill their promise but the roof looks good.

very efficient company from step 1 (the estimate) to completion of the roof shingle replacement. There still remains other items on the entire job that need completed but the biggest portion of the job seems to have been a complete success. The work crew of Latino men was commendable; hard working, on task, organized, and friendly. I hope the remainder of the project goes accordingly.
