carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreThe thirteen-year-old carpets in our house came out looking beautiful and all the pet issues and teenage spills are gone! Mike always takes good care of the furniture while he's cleaning too. We never have any damage to wooden furniture legs or wood trim due to carpet cleaning. Mike also takes really good care to mind the doors so that our pooch doesn't escape the house. He's a true friend to dogs and their owners. The antique carpet looks amazing too. I had complete confidence handing it over to Mike for two weeks, knowing that it's a family heirloom, because I have trusted Mike for over ten years with my other carpets.
Description of Work: Mike's and one other crew member came within two days of my phone call for an annual carpet cleaning. This year we had a specific problem in the family room (pet cleanup). Mike did a beautiful job of cleaning the family room, stairs, and hallway and removing pet stains, kid wear-and-tear, and coffee stains. While he was here this time Mike told us about a great new service he is offering for oriental rug cleaning. Mike happened to notice an antique rug under our dining room table. We inherited it over 20 years ago and always put off cleaning it, not knowing where to go or whom to trust with this family heirloom. Mike estimates that the carpet was made somewhere in Iraq and purchased in the 1920s. We enjoyed learning about the history of the carpet as all we knew is that my husband's great-grandmother had purchased it somewhere in Massachusetts before the 1930s. He did an absolutely beautiful job, returning it to us within a week after taking it to his shop.

+ -1 moreThere was a mix-up at the house and the water had been shut off to the hose bib, with the crawl space to turn it back on locked and inaccessible. Mike was flexible and was willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. Fortunately we were able to get the key and get the water turned on fairly quickly.
Description of Work: Cleaned five rooms plus hallway and stairs after we moved out of our previous home. (We also had him do the carpets before we moved into our new home.)

+ 0 moreMike was very professional and knowledgable. He was responsive to calls and questions. He was referred to us by two neighbors and we are very pleased with his work. He was very efficient and did a very good job - even on the tough spots. He was exceptionally friendly and kind and easy to work with. His prices are very reasonable.
Description of Work: Mike cleaned our carpeting in 4 bedrooms, the hallway and the stairwell. There were some really tough spots due to high traffic and they came out better than expected!
