Description of Work: FIXED THE 1ST TIME. TECH WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. APPT WAS SCHEDULED BETWEEN 2 AND 4PM. TECH CALLED AT 10 MINUTES BEFORE 2 TO SAY HE WOULD BE A LATE. HIS "LATE" WAS 10 MINUTES AFTER 2PM. VERY ACCOMODATING AND WAS WILLING TO WORK AROUND MY SCHEDULE

+ -1 moreMark was just great! Along with fixing the dryer in very good time he was willing to entertain my many questions. As a first time homeowner he shared a lot of knowledge with me and so I feel like I got a bonus! Have already recommended him to others.
Description of Work: Mark fixed my dryer. The heating element went out and so it had to be replaced.

+ -1 moreHe is a straight shooter and concerned about our appliances and making us happy. I have been using him for about a year. I elected not to have the ice maker fixed so he did not charge me anything. He charged me reasonably for repairing the dishwasher.
Description of Work: I used Mark's Appliance for working on the ice maker of my refrigerator. He also repaired our dishwasher.

+ -1 moreThey were prompt. They fixed what was wrong and did not try to inflate the price or get more work. They explained what was wrong and fixed it quickly. I have a separate problem and have called them to come back
Description of Work: I called Mark's appliance to come fix a leak in my 17 year old Sub Zero refrigerator. They fixed the leak and left no mess behind.
