M & N Roofing

Description of Work: Mr. Gay came out and did roof measurements and left roof samples with us. Sent us the the estimate in contract form that also listed his licensing information for WV, VA, and MD. He is a Certainteed Master Shingler. He returned to discuss the payment (we paid half on delivery of materials and beginning of the job; half when completed) and to sign the contract. We needed to replace our roof shingles with architectural shingles, have sofits vented, and a ridge vent installed. He promised the job would be scheduled within two weeks and it was. Once begun, the job was completed in two days. The crew was hard working, very courteous, and efficient with cleanup. We will not hesitate to call on him and his company for other work.

Description of Work: every once in awhile you get a bill that is a pleasure to pay and M&N was this way. Mike was very honest and answered all our questions. The foreman Scott was very particular and wanted everything as close to perfect as was possible. the rest of the crew was always on time and always polite and they were fun to be around. I got to know ted,jim,rob and tommy cupula. great bunch of people and I would recommend them without reservation. Bill&Jayne Mason

Description of Work: Roofing, Insulation, Dry Wall and Painting

Description of Work: Replaced ridge vents on roof and replaced collars around vent pipes. The crew showed up while we were out of town. I would have appreciated a little warning before they came. However the job appeared to be done in a satisfactory manner.
