I've been using them the last couple of years. Technician showed up on time and appeared to be knowledgeable about what he was doing. He did the job expeditiously. He cleaned up after himself. He did a good job.

Excellent service, very professional, and they offer options for what they are able to provide in order to correct the proble.

Owner arrive as scheduled and asked what he could do for me. I told him that I had moved into the house some years ago and the air conditioning did not work as I thought it should and I believed it was the inadequate size of the air unit and thought it was time to change with the rebates now available. The gentleman looked at my set up and did the math and told me the unit I had was adequate for the square foot coverage needed and that I should not need a larger unit. ( Did not try and sell me one as he could have.) He asked if he could look in the attic to see the air unit and ductwork to check for air leaks which he found none. What he did find was a sensor laying on the ductwork that should have been against the return line to the compressor. He installed the sensor and the unit is working as it should. I asked what I needed to pay him for his services since I requested him to come and quote me a new unit and he said there would be no charge for the visit but only asked that I use him if I ever needed service in the future. To anyone reading this I would highly recommend them even if for noting else their honesty although I can clearly see other the service experience as a big plus. I would have to give them a six star rating on a five star scale.,

On the day of installation, they arrived on time and went to work and they stayed until 6 pm and the job was completed which made one of the folks late for his son's activities. there were some minor issues but they have been resolved.We count ourselves fortunate to have completed the work before the heat wave hit and the house has been cool.

They did real good job. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We think the price was average.

They came in and did a good job. They left absolutely no mess. When I had a problem they responded very rapidly.

I liked that they were able to fit me in the same day I called when I noticed the problem. A lot of the places I called said that they didn't have any appointments. Their pricing was good and the quality of work was excellent.

The fan on the outside A/C blower stopped turning at times. The house was getting warm. I have kids and pets that don't like HOT inside too much. I had used Jand J a few years ago for a heating issue, which they fixed quickly....so dug their number up for this current issue. I called them late on a Thursday and he called me back that night and said he could come out by lunchtime on Friday. He arrived EARLY at 10:45, diagnosed the problem, had parts with him, repaired all, and we were cool again within an hour of his arrival. BTW...The owner was the cool dude that took care of it for me this time! His son hooked me up last time and you can tell that quality and caring runs in the family. I am sooooo glad I hung on to their name and number. Johnson and Johnson beats 'em all! TRUST ME!!!
