+ -1 moreWe went back the next day with detailed pictures of our issues and they were more than happy to take the time with us, even though it was a Saturday morning and there were a lot people there.
Description of Work: We had no idea about the inground at the home we purchased. They told us everything we needed to know and only sold us items we needed.

+ -1 moreThey said they were not well versed in the type of in ground pool I have...it's 40 years old and has a small leak that no one, including these folks will even attempt to look at it for a possible fix. John's Pool isn't the only provider of pools in Berkeley County, which is very disheartening.
Description of Work: wanted to see if they could do so work on my pool, but they told me they couldn't do it.
