Joe's Carpet Cleaning

This is the second time we have used Joe's Carpet Cleaning. He did an excellent job both times. Since the house is a rental property, there were a few pet stains on the carpets, which he was able to completely remove. We were very impressed with him listening to our needs and his overall friendliness in working with us.

He wasn't able to keep the initial appointment, but he called me around 8:00 a.m., and made me understand he couldn't be at my house until about 3:30, that afternoon because two of his employees did not show up that morning. I said that was alright. He said he would call me before he came.. He called me at 2:45, and said he was on his way. He got to my house approx. 3:15. He began to explain immediately what he needed as far as water and a window to bring in from his truck. I showed him, and he immediately began. He finished in about 1 and 15 minutes. I paid him and he left. I didn't go on the carpet until the next day. The nap really looked revived in my carpet, and it smelled good also.

I'm extremely disappointed that Joe reneged on a and quot;gentlemen'sand quot; agreement. He received over $2000 worth of equipment and stiffed me for $100 detailing job. My calls were never returned. Although my experience with him on a professional level was good, I would not use him again because he lacks the character I want in someone with whom I contract.

I'm pleased with our experience. While he was late for our appointment time, he called to notify us and explain. The carpets were cleaned well and quickly. The price (199.00 plus tax) was extremely reasonable for just under 1500 sq. feet.

Super service! He had the right equipment. Just really thorough and clean. The house is so clean right now.

He did excellent work. I would grade him highly across the board. I would use him in the future.
