In an emergency, they come right out and get the job done right. Otherwise, it's worth it to be patient, as he primarily works for insurance companies that need him immediately. Jay's a great guy, and he knows absolutely everybody. If you need something done he isn't comfortable doing, he knows somebody that'll also do an excellent job. We really trust him, and his crews do excellent, efficient work for a reasonable price. It can take a little while for invoicing, but everything is meticulously detailed on the bill. Despite what most might consider critical flaws, it's all worth it to be working with a crew that not only does excellent work, but has proven themselves trustworthy. He also takes the time to learn your tastes, which is great. He's a good guy, and he backs it up. I'll keep using Jay Ivie's services until they're no longer available.

He was lovely. They gave me some tips on things. They were lovely, polite, timely, affordable, and back up their work. He told me if he did any damage to our garden he would replace everything.
