Jay answered all my question and was extremely responsive which was very important to me. I would use Jay again and recommend him to anyone needing a real estate professional.
Description of Work: Jay helped me price and sell my house (really quickly I might add) He helped me find a house I love and managed all the dates and the people involved. He answered my questions, managed all any issues that popped up along the way and remained in constant contact.

+ -1 moreBuying and selling a home can be a very emotional and stressful experience. Jay patiently answered all my many questions. Took my frantic and sometimes panicked phone calls during this process ensuring me that it would all be fine. He was understanding when I backed out of a foreclosure after many hours of work and negotiation and continued to work with me to find the right home for me. Jay remained calm and professional when I was excited, scared, frustrated and stressed Jay was there, thru every process, basically every day from house hunting to close and beyond. Again I could not ask for a better outcome and I was very happy with the quality of service!
Description of Work: Jay was very responsive to me. I could have been his only client and he could not have been more responsive to my endless questions and inquiries...he always was patient and understanding. He helped me to market and sell my home in an amazing 4 days with a profit. He helped me find a new home, on a very short time line, balanced the closing dates to a T. Even after closing any time I have a question, Jay responds. I'm very happy with the outcome I have had working with Jay!
