We just had the pleasure to meet Zhyair at the Flohr pools in Martinsburg WV.. He has the absolute best customer service and was so helpful with helping us get our pool supplies. Zhyair we appreciate you! My hubby had a heart procedure recently and Zhyair not only had the best customer service but he offered to carry out our pool supplies for us. It’s not often that you have world class customer service at this level in other establishments. Flohr pools - our family still loves our pool that y’all installed and you will always have our business!

We got them service it from time to time. We enjoy the pool. The service is hard to get; but once we get them, they seemed to do the job right.

Overall was not happy at all with the quality, price, and professionalism of Flohr Pools. The crew that set up my aboveground pool was very nice and professional. They arrived at the set time and date, and had the pool up and running in one day. Now let’s go over all the problems I discovered after that: 1.I purchased the pool in August of 2005 to have it installed in spring of 2006. When June came around and had the pool installed, they came to me and stated that they made a mistake with the price and wanted me to pay an extra $178 more. Being the honest person that I am I paid it (big mistake). 2.The company that Flohr Pools contracted out to fill up my pool backed their truck up onto my new Flagstoned walkway and put a crack in one of the flagstone rocks that stretched across the walkway. Of course the driver did not tell me about it, I had to find out after he had left by one of the pool crew that told me he saw him do it. I called Flohr Pools and discussed this with them since they are the one who contracted the water delivery. Flohr Pools came back to me and wanted me to get an estimate and take it up with the water company. I had to do all the leg work, Flohr Pools did not seem to want to waste their time in satisfying me. To make a long story short, I ended up fixing my walkway, myself. 3.The accessories that came with the pool were very cheap and inadequate. My vacuum hose was so thin; it kept collapsing from the suction of the filter. I went to Wal-Mart (of all places) and picked up a thicker more durable hose (which worked fine and still use till this day). In the same 1st summer of owning the pool, the return hose from the filter to the pool burst and drained all of the water from the pool till there was no more water going into the filter. All of the water ran down the side of my pool which made my pool sink on one side about 2 inches. This year I have to spend over a $1,000 dollars re-leveling the pool. 4. They have sold me chemicals that I didn't need for my pool. When you have a DE filter, you don't need a water clarifying solution, only sand filters require that. My pool is a Doughboy which I thought was a quality product as far as pools go, I was wrong. In short, I did not get my money's worth and I am very disappointed with Flohr Pools. I may have to drive a little farther, but since 2006, I have avoided buying anything from Flohr Pools.

We found the lady on duty in the store very helpful. She was engaging but not pushy. She asked us questions about our pool ownership we hadn't thought of, gave us tips on do's and don'ts, and answered all of our questions completely. She was very knowledgeable and happy to give us a couple of estimates. Overall, it was a good experience and worth the drive up there, despite being advised our residence was outside their normal service zone. Even with that, she indicated she would be willing to work with us to ensure we had a good pool experience. The lady on duty was the only person there at the time we visited, so our discussion was interrupted several times by new customers coming into the store to make purchases or ask questions.
