COLONIAL FARM NURSERY

We went to Colonial Farms Nursery to get slate for the new rock wall we were putting down in our front yard. When we got there at 9:10 am they were not open, they are supposed to open at 9 and there was a line waiting to get in. Once we got in we went up to go purchase our stone, when we walked in we were not greeted we were asked " What do you want ". We purchased a skid of stone labeled " Colonial Lilac " , when we got home and got the wall up we realized we didn't have enough so we took the tag back to them to purchase me, we bought the "colonial Lilac" and brought it home. Once we started unloading the second skid we realized they stone didn't match. We loaded the second skid back onto the truck and took a piece of the first stone of skid we bought back to them to see what was wrong. When we got there they couldn't help us identify the first skid of stone, they said it was our fault but they had it poorly labeled. When we asked about switching to get the same color the lady told us she would unload the truck , re credit our card and we could go find out stone somewhere else. The workers were extremely rude , when it was their fault to begin with. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone if you want the job, and products done right the first time.

They did excellent work. Their landscape artist is incredible. They were the most polite when I called to set up an appointment for an estimate; they are very friendly. They have a huge place; the selection is incredible; service is great. They are very knowledgeable; they have college educated horticulturists; they are professional in their field. I would absolutely use them again, in fact in six months.
