+ -1 moreMr. Cline gave me an estimate to replace my sidewalk in front of my house in April. I took care of all the paperwork with the City of Martinsburg and was ready to have the work done in mid May. I have repeatedly called Mr. Cline and have been given excuse after excuse as to why he can't get it done. It is now August and when I call I get voicemail, with no return call when I leave a message or it rings busy constantly. Mr. Cline is a very personable man, but I don't think he has the equipment or experience to handle a sidewalk replacement on an extremely busy street.
Description of Work: The only thing Mr. Cline did was give me an estimate. I hired him to do the job in mid May and it hasn't been done yet and it is now August.

+ -1 moreOn April 10, Mr. Cline came to my home to give me an estimate to replace our front steps and and a slab by our back stairs. He promised us a written estimate in 24 hours. It took several e-mails and a week before we received the estimate. We accepted the bid and asked for a copy of his license and insurance (both of which he said he had). Over the next week, my husband sent several e-mails to find out when work would begin. On April 22, Mr. Cline sent an e-mail and told us that he would start the third week in May. We never heard from him again.
Description of Work: Replace front steps and repour concrete slab by back steps.
