Description of Work: We had a couple of roof leaks around bathroom vents, but weren't sure of the cause, other than water was coming through the roof. Antietam came out very timely, identified the problem, and repaired it for a very reasonable price.

Description of Work: Total shingle replacement on main roof and application of sealant on flat dormer roof. Crew arrived on time, worked constantly, finished in one day and cleaned the yard completely. Owner was responsive, communicated well, and did exactly as he promised. Description of Work: We had a leak in our main roof that two other roofers tried to fix and were unable to repair. Jesse repaired two small porch roofs and corrected the problem with our main roof which was due to a leak in a porch wall that required removing siding. We initially still had a small leak after heavy rain and he immediately returned to look at it again and seems to have made an effective repair. We arequite happy with the work done by Antietam Roofing.

 + -1 moreI had contacted a few roofing people, large companies and small for estimates etc. for repair or replacement of almost 30 squares on a 6/12 hip roof. I'd filled out a contact request form on the Antietam Roofing LLC. website over the weekend and Antietam Roofing, (Jesse) returned my email Monday, made arrangements to inspect my roof Monday night at my convenience. He arrived on time, walked the roof, measured and took pictures. I had 2 estimates the next day, one for just repair of the damaged area and one to do a complete repair, with options on the shingles, (standard 25 yr. and arch. 30 yr.). Pricing was considerably less than the big boys. Jesse dropped samples off on the 21st., signed the contract on the 24th., materials delivered on the 26th., roof replaced on the 28th. I went to work at 6:30 am before the workers arrived on the 28th., returned home at 4:30, the roof was done and except for some tracks in the yard I couldn't tell they had even been there. In addition to repairing the sheathing these guys completely re-flashed 5 skylights, a large chimney installed all new roof vents and boots, just an outstanding job and a great looking roof. The best part is when Jesse stopped by on the 31st. for payment, it was the same as the estimate, no added charges for anything, that's just unheard of these days.
Description of Work: Complete removal of old shingles, removal and repair of water damaged sheathing. Installation of new underlayment, shingles, vents, boots, flashing and edge drip.
