Met with Jesse to discuss installing fans after being told that we needed to have a different type of venting installed. Jesse was very professional and responded to all the questions I had. Agreed to have the service completed were told that install should be early next week. Monday of the next week we did not hear about when the installer would be coming. Received a call Tuesday stating that a representative was at the house. When I asked why we were not consulted on the time he said that he did not know till that day he would be installing the fans. Fans were installed while my wife and I were not there to ask for them to be installed were wiring could be run to them. Fans were installed however when we had our electrician come to wire fans wiring had to be run outside not in the attic. Our house has a small attic and with the A/C vents is not tall enough for the electrician to reach the fans. Needless to say this added frustration could have been avoided by consulting us on install time and date.

Called and spoke to who I believe was the owner seeking an estimate on my roof. He explained nicely that he was on top of a roof at the time and was unable to write my information down. He asked me to text him my name and what I was looking for and said he'd get back to me. Conversation was pleasant and I had no problem shooting him a text which I did immediately following the call. He unfortunately never got back to me. I called bonded applicators and they stopped by same day and are now scheduled to do the work.

They got the problem resolved. I have continued to use them.

Excellent service from the first contact with Jessie and the work completed by Wayne. Professional attitude. These people really care about doing a great job. Wayne took the time to perform additional repairs to enhance the water drainage on the roof. Very responsive. I called other local roofers who did not even bother to return the call most likely as I indicated it was a repair job rather than a replacement . I highly recommend Antietam for great service, excellent pricing and professional attitude. They would be my go to company for any future repair needs. It's like having one of those "This Old House" guys to call on.

I spent about $18000. We interviewed about 4 different contractors and they came through with the most reasonable price and we liked the way the interview went with them. The job turned out perfect, we don't have any complaints, they were fast and they were good.

Jesse is the best contractor I have ever employed. He is professional, forthright and easy to work with. I called Jesse a week and a half ago and described the needed replacement. He said that he would get back and let me know when he would be available, After a week of not hearing from Jesse, I received his call. He said he had been trying to contact me. I then discovered that he had left three voice mail message on my service that I had failed to check. Thankfully he was persistent! He said that he would be able to install the new exhaust fan on Friday but could not give me an exact time. He suggested that i leave the fan which I had purchased outside the garage if I were not going to be home. I left the new attic fan outside Thursday night in case he arrived early. After breakfast Friday, I heard footsteps on the roof, When I went outside I discovered that Jesse had removed the old fan and was in the process of installing the new one. After that he inspected the roof, replaced a missing shingle and informed me that I had significant hail damage and should contact my homeowner;s insurance agent. He said that my roof (22 yrs old) had significant wear and probably need to be replaced within three or four years. He provided me with a brochure of the roofing materials that he uses and said he would be glad to give me an estimate for replacing the roof when I decided to have it done.

I called Antietam and left a message over a week ago and they still have not called me back. I will not call again and if they ever call me back, I won't use them.

Jesse was wonderful to work with. His estimate was sent by email very quickly, was easy to understand and included everything I asked for. He was the only roofer to ask about the attic fan - and we had talked to 6 others. His price was right on track to what I expected. They showed up when they said they would - got the job done quickly and efficiently. When they left you couldn't even tell they had been here - except for the new roof!! They found a small spot of rot on the porch roof - but they didn't charge extra for that - Jesse said it was too small an area to worry about!! Then - I found out yesterday, after a very, very hard rain - that they also cleaned out our gutters!! Wonderful, wonderful service. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family....too bad he doesn't work in PA - I have friends there looking for a good roofer!!

He is very honest. Our home inspector came out and told us we needed a new roof. I called him, he came out and said we didn't need a new roof. We had a leak and he still said we didn't need a new roof and just repaired it for $500. He is not trying to spend my money and I respect that. His was responsiveness is fantastic.

Antietam Roofing showed up on time. We thought we had a leak in the roof but we did not. Mold growing on parts of shingles. They set up another appointment to come fix once the estimate was approved over the phone. VERY nice gentleman! Would highly recommend!

We called them on Wednesday (during the big rainstorm) and asked if they would be able to come the next day. We were told that they had a few jobs that were delayed due to the rain, but would be able to get to us in the afternoon. I asked if they could call me with a 30 minute window so I could leave work and be at the house. They agreed, and they called me at 10:40am, and were at the house as promised, 30 minutes later. He came in and went up into the attic to verify exactly where the leak was, since we had not been able to see it, but we heard it. He found the leak, knew it was a Pipe Collar issue, and went right up and fixed it quickly. They were in, inspected, fixed and out within 40 minutes. The price was reasonable, they answered all of my questions. I will absolutely use them again if I need something repaired.

I had what I thought was a leak in my roof because there was a large stain on the bedroom ceiling. Antietam came all the way to Hagerstown, Md when I called, checked the roof, checked where the fan is located, but decided the roof was in good condition and not leaking. They gave me some advice on the stain. The best part was they did not charge for the service. They were very professional, prompt and courteous. It's not often these days when you get someone to come to the house just to do an inspection for free. I would definitely use them again.

Very flexible arranging a time to meet the estimator, estimator showed up on time and was very professional and courteous to my wife. Estimate was sent quickly and correctly. We made same changes to the work requested and the revised estimate was returned very quickly. The crew showed up on time and completed the work in less than the 2 days expected. The onsite team was very professional, easy to work with and completed the work as expected. The crew also kept us up to date with pictures of the progress and the final work, as we couldn't be at the house while the work was done. I highly recommend them for this type of work and will likely use them for future work, including roofing

Jesse and his crew arrived promptly at 0730. They worked without breaks through out the day and was totally done by 3pm. Once I shook his hand and he drove away, there wasn't one speck of trash to be found. You would have never known they were there if you hadn't seen them working earlier in the day. Jesse came in well below another local roofer and I feel that I definitely got a good deal. He even installed a solar attic fan that I had already purchased for me for free! On top of that, he came out a few days later and adjusted it for me for free. You just don't find companies like this anymore and I'm sure he will be around for a long time with his work ethics and professionalism. Thanks Jesse, words aren't enough to describe the great job you did for me and my family.

Jesse was very professional and courteous during the whole process. He showed up promptly to my house for an appraisal and made sure I understood the difference in shingles and warranties offered. The roof install only took half a day instead of days to complete. I periodically checked during the install and I was very impressed to see all of his workers had a specific job to do and no one was just standing around for guidance on the next thing to do including him! Once the install was complete he went around my house with a rolling magnet to ensure no loose nails were present to cause havoc later on. I can honestly say that he's one of the most honest and straight forward business owners I've seen.

The gentleman was polite and professional. Looked over all the damaged area called back with in 24hrs gave an estimate.

His crew arrived on schedule and finished on schedule. They found a few problems along the way. They worked through the issues and charged a fair price for the additional work. The roof looks great. They did a great job of leaving the work site clean. . I have yet to find even a stray nail.

They were prompt, courteous and did a terrific job. What more can I say - they were great!

There was a portion of the roof over my carport that needed replacement. The carport tied into the A frame roof of the garage. A previous owner had covered a couple layers of old roofing with corrugated metal. This had been leaking for a very long time. Antietam Roofing replaced only the portions of deck and rafters that had rotted. They even cut pieces of deck out that were damaged, and cut the new deck to match the size, rather than removing the entire piece. A couple of pieces of deck that were figured in the original quote were not used, and I was even given a credit for them. This was a very labor intensive job, and Antietam Roofing had it done in a few days. They were very clean, courteous, and respectful. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

He did a great job! You can't even tell that the roof tiles are slightly off color. He also noticed that the previous roofer didn't put cover flanges on the vents, and water was dribbling in - he fixed that too. Jay also noticed we had wasps in the attic, so he got some stuff to cool the wasps down to remove them. He is coming back to do shutter/louvres under the roofline to prevent the wasps from getting back in. After he finished, we noticed a 10 degree difference in the house temp due to replacing the roof fan! JAY IS AWESOME!

Even though I didn't use him, he seemed fair and reasonable.

We had to delay due to financing, but the owner was GREAT about that. As soon as I contacted him that monies were available the job was done within less than one week.
