Very courteous technicians, worked efficiently

Overall I donâ t recommend this place to anyone because they initial fee to come out and diagnose the issue without fixing the issue the extremely higher than most of the other competitors in the areas. Plus fixing the actual issue cost is beyond most people reach!

Air Serv was the finest contractor that we have ever used. No stress, no worries about the service personnel or the Technicians. Very courteous personnel at all levels of the Company. Any questions we had were answered thoroughly and efficiently by Ken Q, our representative. On these hot and miserable humid days we (my family) send a whole heartly "Thank You" to Air Serv for everything that have done!!

The did a very good job. However, they never wore face mask for COVID, which violated their advertized company policy. I brought this to their mgmt and they promptly reiterate their policy to their staff. Nonetheless, they failed to protect my family health.

Superior experience from the Service Representative (Ken Q) on down to the Installations Technicians. Ken spent time looking at the A/C unit. We reviewed and he explained in detail why we had to modify the configuration of the unit, what the unit required to replace, costing, and when it could be completed. When Ken left we had a thorough and complete understanding of what our unit required to keep my family cool on these hot summer days. We received follow up calls asking if we had any questions with our price quote, if questions about the Company, technicians, warranty and the type of unit. No pressure to make a decision on repair /purchasing the unit from their Company. Very professional. Prior to the Air Serv installers/technicians showing up the Company called as well as sent an email to detailing the time and who the Company would be sending out to replace our unit. "Please note that the Technicians are vetted with background checks, and a picture of our Technician which is important to any homeowner." The Technicians were prompt on time, neat, very courteous, considerate of my home (no dirt on the floors/carpet). They did a outstanding job in replacing both the inside and outside HVAC units, modifications to the duct work, replacing the thermostat and cleaning up after the project was completed. The Company supported our installation of the unit expertly and efficiently I wish that ALL home repair services was this smooth and seamless. Highly recommended!! Ron C.

High quality work! From the initial visit and estimate to job completion. Explained exactly what the problem was and what they would do to fix it. Very courteous technicians...even sent a hand written "thank you" note several days after the job was done...who does that? I liked them so much, I signed up for their Maintenance Plan.

The entire Aire Serv Team in Front Royal, starting with Aaron and Brandon, were excellent, courteous, very knowledgeable and provided very good value. Not only did they know their products very well, the quality of their installation is outstanding. They also took the time to make sure I fully understood how all worked. To any homeowner I would recommend them for any HVAC project that you are contemplating or for addressing any problems that you may encounter.

The 2 technicians that came out and the person who assisted on the call were extremely professional and very helpful. They provided service immediately at an extremely reasonable cost. I was stuck and literally within minutes of the request the company called and had a technician on the way. I could not speak more highly of this company and the way they went out of their way to assist me in resolving my issue. If you need assistance then you should not have any issues with hiring this company.

I was told on the phone that there would be a diagnostic fee. When I asked if that included the repair never got a definitive yes or no answer. The person on the phone brought up the subject of a coupon instead. When the repair was done and the bill was presented our jaws hit the floor with the high cost.

I hired AireServ to do an A/C maintenance. I wasn't sure if I was going to have them do it or get my regular HVAC company to do it when they had the time. I was offered a coupon that was in the mailer. I usually don't like using a contractor who uses a coupon but figured it was just maintenance check and figured the A/C might need a charge. I should have known better though. The tech showed up and was pleasant but I was not home but my daughter was. The tech said about our system being old and not seeing a furnace like ours (it is only 10 years old and oil). My daughter said she heard the tech on the phone numerous times in the basement where the furnace is and then he asked her turn on the A/C. She did and guess what, he called her down and said the relay was burnt and you could smell smoke. He got on the phone and quoted $378 to replace the relay. She said that it would have to wait until I got home. The tech asked if she wanted to try the heat before he left. She declined and waited for me. The furnace worked prior to the tech arrival and so did the A/C but wasn't blowing as cold as it did the prior season hence why we called. When I got home, nothing worked! No heat nor A/C. The tech should have know for one that neither would work if the fan relay burnt and two, I can't prove it... but I believe the tech did not know what to test (maybe why he kept calling his boss) and shorted it. Not only was the fan control burnt, but the fan timer was shot. $60 dollars in parts and it was back to the way it was before the tech's arrival... not $378 as quoted!! Lesson learned, never use a company with coupons and just wait for your regular company to do the work because, he knows what he is doing. I will never use AireServ, nor recommend them ever to anyone.
