John came out to the Greenwoods subdivision in south Morgan County to provide the service. The work was professional and thorough. We will use his service again when time comes to install wiring, outlets and lighting in our unfinished basement.

He was cheaper than most people. We were very happy with him. He completed the job in a couple of hours. He left the area very clean. I think the best thing about him is that he's economical because we did shop around and other providers would charge $100 more.

Excellent. Although we had some unexpected obstacles, John handled them with no problems, no complaints, and stuck to his price estimate. He did a meticulous job on the project and on clean-up. He spent a lot of time measuring, planning, and calculating, and consulted the inspector several times. The entire job took approximately 8 working days, yet we were only without electricity for two days, and he made sure the power was temporarily restored each evening before he left. John is an honest, sincere and competent master electrician, and I would highly recommend him.

John replaced ceiling fans, fixtures, and smoke detectors in a house I am putting on the market and he was fantastic. He hustled the whole time and was exceedingly professional and friendly and sweet to my elderly mom. I cannot recommend him more highly.

I needed to have new baseboard electric heaters installed in an older home. I called A Better Way Electrical services, and John Gaestel took care of everything at a good price. He provided the heaters and installed them and the thermostats. He was very neat, did not make a mess, and was courteous. Nice work, a job well done.

John has always been very punctual, respectful, and knows his trade. He even replaced some old pot lights that he said were not safe without being asked. I can trust what he says. He also fixed the switch for my outdoor garage lights that hadn't worked for a long time. Again without being asked and at no charge. He gives electricians a good name. When presenting the bill he would ask if the charge was alright. I never felt overcharged. I should mention, he informed me that I might want to have some more insulation installed in my attic. Something I wasn't aware of, but my heating bills have since confirmed. I'm having that work done very soon. Thanks John.

John placed tarps all around and under the work area little did I know what all the insulation was like (tiny pieces). It was everywhere but thanks to the fore - thought of John every inch was covered. There was more work to the conduit then I ever thought. John contacted the morning of the project and advsied that he was at the distributor and store picking up supplies. He arrived a hour later and began the work right away. He advised us all along during the day. Did not run into issues and finished late in the day but the work was completed. A very professsional wiring of the generator into the breaker box. I highly recommened John for a generator project or any other electrical project. Nothing phases him, he is very knowledgable of codes and proper way to do electrical projects.
