Description of Work: A&A Pools, installed an inground pool at our home. Mike and Cindy are extremely nice people. |It was a good experience although the pool was started when promised, as I believe they overbook themselves, causing delays. Weather was always an excuse, although not enough days of weather that would have delayed pool two months.

+ -1 moreThey were quite busy this summer but manged backlog of work of a first come, first served basis. They were very professional and did high quality work. If you want a pool done right they are worth the wait. Did very well with my grandchildren, above and beyond expectations. Mike will also do the small extra things such as moving a tree to allow the pool to be put where we needed it at no extra charge. Aand A provides opening and closing for the first year you have the pool at no charge They use only high quality products and do the job right!
Description of Work: Installed 18 by 36 foot inground pool, including custom sidewalks and pation areas.

Description of Work: My husband and I were shopping for a pellet stove for our house and they were a dealer. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Even thou we did not get our stove from them they had great prices on stoves and great delivery times and install times. They just did not have one big enough for our home(5600SF)

+ -1 moreThey are very reliable. We buy our pool supplies from them, as well as troubleshooting any issues we have with the pool. I have not had a complaint about the pricing. It is pretty much you get what you pay for, and with a pool you want to make sure that everything is running smoothly. I will use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreTheir office staff was friendly, though they were busy and it took a couple of days to schedule the service. They called when they were on their way, talked me through what they were doing, and explained various ways we could cut costs and save time in the future. We had a trying year as first-time pool owners. This is the third service we used, and we plan to use them again.
Description of Work: We hired A&A to close our pool for the winter, which involved draining some of the water, drying out the pump/filter, cleaning the DE filter, and installing the pool cover. They were very friendly, prompt, and explained what they were doing as they went along. They left winter chemicals for us to add to the pool and also explained how we could cut costs on the pool opening (e.g., removing the pool cover ourselves and adding water prior to their arrival).
