They were okay. They did what they said they were going to do. The price they quoted me for putting some new drain line was way over the top. What they did, they did for the price they said and they did a good job with that. There was no problem with the quality.

Came out as specified. Cleaned a couple of drains and fixed a toilet handle. Needed to get a part for the shower so said he would come back and do that. Came back and did that, and THEN only charged me one trip charge and the labor for putting in the valve! How wonderful is that. Rare in this day and age to get that kind of service. Thanks Roto rooter.

I've used Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services several times. They're very good, especially if you have an emergency. They're very prompt. They're right there. They know what they're doing. You can get a hold of them and they will send somebody as soon as absolutely possible. They'll explain to you what all is happening and let you know what you're probably going to need. They do a good job.

When I contacted their office their scheduler was very friendly and told me they would be able to schedule for the next day (possibly even the same day). They called our tenant and coordinated with him to schedule a time. They then called me to provide me with an update. The next day the technician called me when he arrived at the property, explained what he had found (a broken clean out cap) and what he thought the problem was stemming from. I am not familiar with plumbing terminology and he patiently explained each component to me. The previous company that came out had incorrectly identified the problem as coming from under our driveway pad. This would have cost us several thousand dollars to repair. The Roto Rooter technician determined that this was unlikely for several reasons (which all made good sense) and suggested we try a smoke test to see if it was a leak that was causing the problem instead. We proceeded with having him replace the clean out cap and then he performed the smoke test. Through this he identified where the leak was coming from. Everything was completed in a single day, we are very happy with their work.

Were quick and reliable and did a great job of fixing our hot water heater. We have used them several times and have had no problems at all.

They were very responsive. They came out after hours on the night before Thanksgiving. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They did what they came to do. The price was fair because it was after hours.

lead plumber was rude and didn't want questions asked. When I told him I had a coupon, he was even more rude.

I was very pleased with their work. They were the only ones who came out to do any work for me.

They were there exactly when we asked them to be there....they were done fast...very efficient.

Did not go well overall not at all happy with results shower leaks more than before for them to come back and look at it would have cost me more money no confidence whatsoever in their attitude!

The two representatives showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation. They attempted to open the clogged line with a smaller snake and then moved up to a very large powered snake which quickly opened the line. All in all they were on site about 20 minutes. The representatives were friendly and provided several helpful tips about keeping the line from getting clogged (by tree roots) in the future.

Contacted Roto-Rooter on August 4 to proved an estimate on installing new toilets. They sent a plumber that afternoon to review the job and provide an estimate for the work. After purchasing the toilets at Lowes I contacted Roto-Rooter for to schedule the installation. When the appointed day arrived, they called first thing in the morning to make sure nothing had changed and it was alright to send the plumber. He arrived within 30 minutes of that call and had the job completed and the old toilets hauled away in about 3 hours. We are extremely pleased with the job and will look to Roto-Rooter first for future projects.

I called the business office at 9:00 am for an appointment. An appointment was made for the following day unless an opening appeared earlier. One did at 10:00 am. By 11:00 am the master plumber had arrived, repaired the faucet, and was gone. Merlin (123), the plumber, was friendly, proficient and easy to work with.

They responded quickly to clean the basement and clean out the pipe. The plumber who came for the initial call of a backed up sewer noticed he was pulling clay soil out of the line, so there was a collapsed or broken pipe rather than just a blockage. We then arranged a day for people to come out and replace the broken pipe, which they did and installed a cleanout pipe as well at my property line. The only complaint I have is that the contractors who came to do the pipe replacement just up and left when they were done. They did not tell me they had finished, and I had to call Roto-Rooter to confirm that they had, in fact, completed the work and I would get a bill in the mail.
