Description of Work: Call on Thurs morning and was told that she would get the message to the technician who was out on another call as soon as he called in to let him know that my oven quit. When no one showed up on Thursday, I called Friday morning. |The person who answered had no idea who I was so I explained I needed my stove looked at. Anyway someone finally came out Monday and checked it out and shocked me by telling me that the control panel I needed was almost $400. |Needless to say, that 2 year old stove went byby. The tech was great! |I guess thats how companies get you to buy new!

We called Hardin's, the response was almost immediate, the problem was fixed, and the cost was very reasonable. We had called another local appliance repair business, who wanted $150 just to come out on the service call.
