We recently moved to the area for a new job and came sight unseen. We met Alinda and she was so helpful and easy going! It was like talking with a friend about trying to find a house. Most agents, in my experience, are pushy and in a hurry all the time. It was not that way at all with Alinda!! I will definitely use her again in the future.

I was accused of breaking an air compressor, blinds, and leaving a property dirty. I didn't have consistent locks on my doors and was unable to use the front door and felt unsafe because the handle could be forced off. Minor repairs were not made and the insect issue was not addressed. Nothing was fixed so I moved out after only 19 days of occupancy in the second home. I had no signed lease for it. The first home had sat on the market for one year and once I resided in it it sold in 3 months. The selling agent made me aware that the air compressor had already been broken and was replaced under warranty. Several persons and businesses were in on this scam. My deposit was not returned. On another note I own a reputable licensed cleaning service and they tried to say they spent $450 to have house #2 cleaned. I probably would've charged $75.
