The two-man crew did a very nice job. They were professional in their demeanor and level of work. They responded well to our questions along the way and made modifications as we requested them.The entire project took a couple of weeks longer than expected but they never sacrificed quality of work in order to try and stay within a projected time frame. We appreciate that. The only negative experience we had was with the office team and project manager's responsiveness. Our calls and emails to the office were frequently unanswered, as were calls to the project manager. The project manager promised to provide items which were left off the finished deck (and for which we had paid), but has consistently failed to follow through with that promise in the months since the deck was finished and his workers left. That is disappointing, especially given the amount of time the project manager spends offering an aggressive, "We just want you as the customer to be happy" sales pitch. We recommended this company to our friends and neighbors but have warned them about the responsiveness issue we experienced.
