Description of Work: THEY NEVER RETURNED CALL. LATER ON I WAS PUT IN CONTACT WITH AN ASSOCIATE OF WALLACE WHO CAME TO INSPECT THE JOB TO BE DONE. HE NEVER CAME BACK OR RETURNED ONE CALL!!! THE WORST PART OF ALL IS THAT I PERSONALLY KNOW ONE OF THEM AND THE OTHER LIVES IN MY NEIBORGHOOD!!! USELESS!!!!

 + 0 moreI just feel like I would get two more bids and then I will decide if I really want to do it or not. The guy was real nice about it. I know what I wanted and made a few suggestions. I was pleased with him. He is a very nice gentleman and knows what he is talking about and he made some suggestions which I didn't know. He called me back a couple of days later and we supposed to meet. He got tied up in a job and he apologized and said he would be there in the morning and he showed up the next day.
Description of Work: I called Wallace Construction and I got a bid from them. It was for doing two different types of work. I was either going to do a car port with concrete work and have them put retaining walls and some drainage in, or tying house and make one big garage of it.

 + 0 moreIt was an overall excellent experience. They have an eye for detail. He was very prompt, kind and gave me several different options. Based on this experience and his knowledge, I plan to hire him to do some remodeling at my home in preparation to sell the house.

 + 1 moreI found Jeff through a friend. I contancted him and he came out with the friend to look at the house. He also looked at another house down the street that I had also thought about purchasing. He helped me make the purchase decision. He did an estimate for all the work I needed done first. He brough his crew in and supervised them. They cleaned up after themselves. (This is important to me.) He communicated well in a way that I could understand. They did a fantastic job! He still consults with me and we will continue projects the next few years because of the great relationship that was formed.
Description of Work: I bought a 90 year old home. Wallace Construction has helped me renovate it. They installed an entire plumbing stack and put in new hookups for the washer/drayer for free. They repaired the basement, the kitchen floor, sanded 6 large rooms of hardwood floors, and gave me free advice on all the things I did myself. They are working on the gutters and windows.
