Description of Work: He was unprofessional and was unable to repair my washer.He removed the back of my washer and did not replace all of the screws.He left angry because he was unable to find the problem and told me I would need to get another repair person.He said he was unable to spend any more time on my washer because he was busy. I was left speechless.

+ -1 moreTerry isn't in it for money. He is in it to help people. He's reasonable, he knows what he's doing. If he doesn't know how to repair it he will tell you. I've used him for everything from refrigerator and freezer to microwave to washer dryer.
