Description of Work: Evaluated the furnace to see why it would not come on. He got the furnace started and offered to come back if we had any other problems. He didn't have to replace any parts and did not charge us.

+ -1 moreRodney showed up and let me know he squeezed us in. He showed up with two workers who immediately started defining the problem. Within a few hours it was running fine. He also cleaned the coils, showed me several things I can do myself to help our AC and Heating do better. Just a little work on my time could save me money in the future. Wait until Monday if possible. If you call them out on a weekend they will show up, but you pay overtime fees. I thought about it and that seems fair, but I will wait until Monday in the future. They appear to be very knowledgeable and efficient.
Description of Work: We were having trouble with our air conditioner and I called several companies before Rodney's agreed to help.

+ -1 moreShowed up a little late but fixed the air conditioner in a couple of minutes. They even had a look at a problem with our ducts and fixed it for free. Great service. Really nice guy.

Description of Work: When my A/C died after some time away, Rodney and his helper were there in a half hour after I called and had my unit up and working in no time. And went the extra step to check and clean my rental apartment's unit. And when I was away again, he came and checked the furnace to insure it was working when the temperature suddenly dropped below freezing. Now THAT is service with a plus.
