Ernie Colegrove Construction, LLC he did good work. He did good. When Mom moved into the house he did some yard work and electrical work. He did good. He was a real nice guy, did good work, fair price.

I called this company to get an estimate. The secretary stated that they would call me back shortly. We received no phone calls from anyone at the company. I waited about a month and called again. I was told the same thing. Still no call from company. So I went elsewhere. I wasn't going to post anything but since Angie's list asked about it I decided to post this review. I cannot speak to their work just their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism.

I had a leak in my roof and every time it rained water had been running down inside a wall and was starting to show through the drywall. I called Ernie Colegrove Construction for repairs and gave all my information. They told me that they would contact me when they could come out and do an estimate. After waiting a week with no call, I called back and left my information again, and again I was told that they would call me back. Almost two months have passed since the the second call, and I still have not received a single call yet. Not even to say that they are busy and it will be a while, or to say that it is too small a job for them, nothing. No contact back from them whatsoever.

His quote was just out of my range. It wasn't that high; I had three people come in and give me quotes and I went with one of them. He was very knowledgeable and understood what I wanted. I had no problems with him; he was just under quoted. He responded within the next day and he was on time. He listened to everything I said.

I received an estimate the first of August 2011; however , the work was not started until the end of February. This was the only part of the job that was annoying as they told me it would just be a few weeks until they started. Once they did start they worked non stop e ach day they were there. The workers were punctual, courteous and very willing to take care of any problems that arose. I was very impressed and pleased with the workers and the job they did. They were very neat and there was no mess left behind. The completed job was very professional and exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased the quality of the work and the workers. I would recommend Ernie Colegrove Construction and would certainly use them for future construction jobs.

The scope of this report covers 5 years plus and approximately $130k in work completed. In addition to the sunroom that is previously mentioned, worked completed includes replacing all windows and associated work, stripping of all carpet to hardwood floors underneath and refinishing, numerous plumbing and wiring problems associated with existing structure. Also included in previous work is plumbing in kitchen and downstairs utility room, wiring in general all over entire house, remodeling of an extra bedroom and converting into a closet and a variety of smaller jobs over this timeframe.
