Did a great job.

They changed appointment time without confirmation and therefore our plan to be available (around our work hours) didn't happen. They installed a disposal I had purchased. It did not operate correctly, but they left it in. They purchased a $119 faucet and charged me $209 for it. That wouldn't be so bad except it is chrome while my kitchen is all stainless. They took all boxes and unused parts. I called and got the runaround. Now, I am calling a more expensive plumber to remove and replace both items. I should not have tried to save a little money. You get what you pay for.

First, they sent only one technician to do a job that required two technicians. Had to wait a week later to get job done. When they came, they installed metal flashing at problem areas where squirrel intrusion was present. Then a few days later the flashing did not hold. I called them to get a patch of the work already done and they refused. No guarantee of work done and too expensive. Do not waste your time and money.

The company will contact you days ahead of time to check appointment time and then send you text message reminders of all appointments. The workers show up on time and is very friendly and professional.

Service, quality of work and professionalism were excellent! I would highly recommend the men who installed my new attic steps to anyone! They were prompt, courteous and the workmanship was perfect. Price was a little high BUT you get what you pay for and I am very pleased with what I paid for. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Hired to clean gutters for $150. When he arrived he cleaned one gutter and still charged me $150. Also requested an estamate on some other work needed done (before he cleaned the one gutter) and have not seen or heard from them since. Will not contact again.

You have to get all of the materials yourself and if you get the wrong thing you are out a lot of money. I paid $440 to have a table assembled and my front door half refinished. The door looks a little better but is far from done. The table was hard to assemble and the guy on that did a good job--but that was half the fee. I can't use them again at these prices for that quality of work. They put the time in and said they were discounting a half hour. The guys were professional and very nice. But I want the job completed and I now know to get a quote for the whole job and someone who will be able to buy the materials.

I had them clean my gutters and they were courteous, neat and prompt. I would hire them again.

Keith and Ronnie showed up early, were ready to work, and totally professional. They cleaned the mess up and the gutters were made specifically for the house. The gutters are made well and withstand rain and do not leak. Cannot beat the price, as Gutter Pro wanted to charge 3x more. Hire these folks!

Trustworthy, reliable and very pleased with work. Have already scheduled more work with them and anything I have done in the future I will be calling them.

Mark completed all the tasks I set forth promptly and competently. I don't hire a lot of outside work so the company's rates may be more reasonable than I believe.
