+ 1 moreR&L told me I was "on the schedule" for them to replace the polymeric sand between pavers laid by their firm in 2009, but kept putting it off until freezing weather (prevents work being done until spring). Meanwhile, pavers are exposed to freezing, thawing and potential damage. Their explanation was that they are "too busy" although I requested this work in August and was told they would "get to it." Had the owner told me sooner, I could have hired someone else and the work would be finished. UPDATE 12/18/14: The first of December they told me they would NOT do it, but they have changed their minds after I posted a review. They finally came and satisfactorily completed the work.

Description of Work: R&L Landscaped my backyard around the new deck we put onto the house. We started talking and planning in Jan. We reviewed a design plan in Feb; made some changes to it and signed the final plan in early March. They thought it would start in April and finish in May. With the weather it didn't start until May and finally finished May 31.
