We were contacted by this company via our new home purchase which had the Taexx system installed within the walls. This system allows the pest service company to spray inside the house (inside the walls via little tubes) from a outside port box in the back of the house. This avoids contact with the chemicals. We ended up signing up for the annual agreement since the builder bought a 4 year termite service with them and a warranty comes with it. The annual service was $350 a year, with some discounting down to $85 a payment/quarter. So far, we have not had any issues. The service member came out on the first visit and was really friendly and explained everything. The company seems really responsive and offered to come out in between services if issues arise.

They were recommended to us by our new neighbors. One man came out. The service man, Clarence is very outstanding. He always does a very thorough job inside and out. We like him. Overall it is excellent service.

Mark was punctual - he showed up right when he said he would and he walked around the house and did a thorough inspection inside and outside of the house. He told me how they install a monitoring system if I want to monitor it. He also inspected some wood I have far away from the house, saying termites can travel a football field in distance.

This company was referred to us by a neighbor, after we used another company that never followed through with quarterly contract. Can't say enough about this company and the service man Clarence. SO professional and precise, checked every nook and cranny in our home inside and out. Cleared out any spider webs/bee's nest on the outside, must have spent an hour at least. We can't be more pleased!!

I went two weeks without any ants whatsoever but then the ants moved in again because we started getting rain again. I called HomeTeam Pest Defense and they came out the same evening to respray all the areas including the back, side, and front yards again where I had problems. They also found another area in the front of the house where there was an ant hill. I was very impressed. They guarantee everything so all I have to do is call. They explained everything and made sure I understood everything including an education about stink bugs. They gave me a time slot and they were there. They were very professional.

My experience with them was excellent. Their price was right and they were very candid about exactly what pest they would take where and when. They prepared well for the experience and everything went very smoothly.

They seemed to be efficient in what they were doing. They came on time and the billing was fair.

The spray they use is very affective as we have not had any problems since they started. What I really like about this place is they come out quarterly, but I can stop the service whenever I want. They do a great job.

They've been excellent. When I moved in I said I need pest control and started using them. Our technician is really good. He's been really nice. He explains things. He is informative and knowledgeable.

I have been using them for 3 years now. They are very nice people. Also their pest control works. They are always willing to come out to do extra spraying if it is necessary. The technicians are very nice, professional, and personable.
